As for the technical issues...I think it has to do with these big clubs not being ready to handle guys playing records.

At least in LA, I know Avalon etc always have shit turntables, poor deck isolation, bad monitors etc or a combo of all of those.

Not sure what issues you guys had, just putting that out there...

I've seen most of those guys play smaller parties and afters with fantastic mixing.
