man, all you hoegaarden and blue moon people need to try the real belgian ales. none of that lemony or "the aftertaste is like water" stuff.

hoegaarden and blue moon are the budweiser of belgians, the jim beam of whiskys, the popoff of vodkas.

Sure there a better, stronger belgian beers but no way Hoegaarden should be considered as an inferior beer. I hardly ever drink it but it's a quality beer and highly appreciated for all the right reasons.
