cool. honestly I like that idea better, I liked h.e.a.d.s but having a whole release from Hot Natured is awesome. can't wait for the rest of the stuff to come out.

Really really really enjoying the amount of effort you guys are putting into this new label. Hope to see it flourish!

Bought H.E.A.D.S. last night, gonna play it out tonight, thanks

What are the chances of being able to purchase the vinyl of this release?

Posted by enydo on Jul-01-2009 16:05:

I am also interested, pm technocolour?

Posted by Demoted on Jul-01-2009 16:08:

Already did that

These tunes weren't really to my tastes but well done on getting a label going. Also, it seems like one of the RA reviewers is jaded at the LA scene or something.

Considering he's from Australia and probably has never been to a Culprit party (or any party here in LA), I would say he just doesn't know how to write

I couldn't even really tell if he was talking about the music. Sounded like he kept going on and on about the scene.

According to him, these tracks are "Minimal"

Nikki Norris is definitely my favorite of the bunch, followed closely by h.e.a.d.s.

Just saw the review on RA. What a joke RA is for reviews. Not saying this is a 5/5, but the content of the review is rr-r--r-r-ridiculous.

Back to my Newcastles and new music.

I like how he compared this to a Vakant release...lol...what?

Turning Tricks ftw

My favorite part was surely "...Foss, a man who never met a loose-fitting tanktop he didn't like". Really, WTF? This guy is like the Perez Hilton of EDM reviews.

Funny to see all the TAs defending this release on RA

The review was piss-poor, though, I agree. It reminded me of why I stopped reading 98% of music journalism.

H.E.A.D.S. went over quite well at the little event I played last night.

Well he's got a point.

I know, can't say I didn't chuckle when I read that part

But it's yet another completely irrelevant comment in a "review" about music.

not too fond of h.e.a.d.s., too much bleep bloop for me

Have you heard the whole track yet? Because the Beatport sample doesn't really do the track justice. It is bleepy bloopy but once you get to the meat of the track it's funky as fuck.

To be fair I've never seen the man wearing anything other than a tanktop.

Posted by Seppuku on Jul-02-2009 19:52:

h.e.a.d.s. is bleep blop done right imo
