Bah, I feel awkward for being the cause of this fight.

Basically, it boils down to: I was scared in Miami, I relied on a stranger when I should have been more calm and used the resources through other friends, and I have a problem with being too nice and too friendly to people.

They are, thanks! Him leaving me in Miami turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I doubt had he stuck around I would have met all the amazing people I did or would have had as good of a time. He was just so negative through the whole first two days.
