people that drink and drive deserve to be beaten by the police.

yeah right i've never even been in a car accident asians who drive deserve to be beaten by the police

True.. You can put it down to my Soviet background, but I just don't think individual rights and other benefits of democracy should be taken for granted. I don't see them being as inherently stable in and of themselves as everyone else seems to.

what i think is they should take your BAC when get your license and then they'll know how much you're allowed to have everyone is different so yeah the latter

In some states a refusal to commit to a breathalyzer or field sobriety test warrants consequences; Washington is a 1 year license suspension.

Zild, what did they cite you for pulling you over with in the first place? If you were actually drunk and driving then it must have been obvious for you to be pulled over in the first place.

Getting out of a legitimate DUI is bullshit. Driving while drunk, no matter if you are "better" than others is crap.

i learned to obey traffic laws from the incident

Sorry to hear that but I do what I feel like. People get hit by non drunk drivers every day.

Thats a really shitty attitude when you place others lives in danger.

When you do as much to help other people than you have, even then, only slightly more of a right to do what you want. He was snuffed out by someone like you. Totally selfish, she left her son as a ward of the state, and she will be spending many years in prison and then will be deported (she is undocumented).

Sorry to sound like a jerk, but its just that you seem to have a horrible attitude and respect for other people... and the worse part is the view is totally selfish, its not some sort of agenda or at least something productive, its just pure selfishness.
