I DO NOT HAVE A JOB. I MAKE PEOPLE'S NAME IN CURSIVE OUT OF A WIRE HANGER AND I AM PAID PER POST BY THE TRANCE ADDICT FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT.

In Florida public transportation doesn't run that late. And cab rides cost much more than 20 bucks because of how spread out everything is around here. Not everyone lives in a big city like Toronto where you have those options readily accessible. Yea, if you get a DUI there you're a fucking idiot. TTC >

I have a DUI, but I got mine on an Army base. Fell asleep at a stop sign (while my car was in drive ), cop woke me up, I ran out of the car with my 40 and got tackled in a field by my barracks. Federal charge. Too bad no one was up at 4 in the morn to witness the lolz.

Luckily I was never booked into a county jail (for that charge), so I never had to worry about a mugshot. Instead, I spent a night at the brig, where I woke up not having a clue why I was in it.

I've been booked for other minor charges before (trespassing at a casino after being kicked out for being too drunk, lol), but the case was thrown out and all I had to do was send proof of that to the website that publishes those stupid mugshots. All of the crazy and major shit I've done in my life I did as a juvenile, which of course never gets publicly documented.

My cases from those days are actually in the process of getting expunged as we speak, so yea, my past is just about wiped away clean.

Lira and Stu also add an instigating rule in there. Its hard holding on to dirt when you are provoked to use it.

I don't care if people "pick on me". If I say something stupid I expect people will flame me for it. But if we're gonna do this play fair thing, then the peanut gallery should be accountable for their shit when they go around instigating shit and trying to provoke reactions. Lots of things wouldn't even escalate if you didn't have annoying useless assholes like surussell coming into every thread to go "HAHA SEE, YOU'RE A FAG!!" because he's butthurt from a fucking month ago.

If we're going to insult people, it should be in real time, in response to current posts within the context of the thread they are posted. Not continuing to carry over from other threads. THAT'S why the "negativity" spreads. Users like Ted Promo and enydo who aren't strong enough posters to start shit on their own just wait for other, more clever posters like System J to strike, and then keep droning on and on until they, too, are getting a reaction.

That's why TA has an ignore feature. I know you and others don't like to use it, but if you're going to choose not to use it, then you have to be mature enough to actually ignore the person you don't like. And I have no problem admitting I enjoy a good flame war and flinging some insults back and forth. It's fun in some twisted way, because it's often hilarious and entertaining. The problem is that not everyone knows how to do the dance and walk away after.

Maybe instead of cor rules, we need cor rules of engagement for flame wars??
