yeah you are probably right. i never really listened to a set of his until about 2003-4 when he started to do the really big shows down here. even then i remember thinking - yeah guy can mix but all his tunes sound like set ending tunes - its always destination and no journey - he just seemed to play the biggest tunes he could find, going up in tempo and mechanically around the camelot key. he could do that by that stage i guess because he was playing peaktime slots and could to dictate to the crowd instead of reading them.

so i never really went back and heard his older ones would be nteresting to hear say a 1999 avb set.

Ironically, I live in a converted loft.

You should accept his offer. PM Mark or I if you ever decide to swing by. It would be a blast for sure.

I'd be more than willing to hang if Jack ever comes to NYC. (also I definitely want to party with you and Mark one of these days)

I would love to go back to NYC, but I visited just a couple of years ago and there's a long list of other places in the world I want to visit. Maybe if someone gives me a sofa to crash on I could be persuaded.

Let's go take selfies in front of where Twilo used to be.

I tried to get a photo of the West On 27th road sign but was so jetlagged I got West On 28th instead. This actually happened.

This site was at its peak in 2004. It's sad to see the last remnants of a site that used to be called elite-trance and dominate with file sharing.

They're responsible for dubstep. How optimistic can they be?

We try to get up to NYC as much as we can. Last show was when Resolute brought in Jeremy P Caulfield, so we are long overdue. I'll keep you posted about the next time we head up there. I'm hoping that we make it some point in September.
