for some strange reason it seems like you and your other greek buddies are trying to preach to us that Tiesto is better than Hardwick, when you probably haven't seen either of them spin. I don't know where u get that idea from, I'd be quite happy with Armin winning it, he's had a great year. Personally I couldn't care less what nationality the winner is, what I do care about is someone that BLATANTLY doesn't deserve the award is going to get it. It just shows the lack of credibility DJ mag now has, how many people disputed it in 99 when Oakie won it? hardly anybody, why?? cos he was consistently producing some of the best sets ever.....how many classic sets from Tiesto can you name this year that don't contain shoddy mixing??......thought so

All you're doing is proving that in your eyes popularity proves skill. The truth is, there's probably a large number of TA's who are just as good, if not better, at mixing than the big name DJ's.

As I said, if Hardwick put as much effort into promoting himself globally as Tiesto did then he'd be a lot more popular I doubt many of the people who voted for Tiesto would've voted for him 2 years ago when he was only big in Holland...

thats impressive, admittedly it's more than most of the people on this board, and more than trance.nu collectively, but still....it's pretty poor....and u've only seen tiesto twice as well

yeah im from greece and im 18...only by traveling far from greece i could see anyone from the top dj's...u see..the dance scene here sucks a bit..

but dont tell us that we dont know about music..
i never shaw anybody of u to id tracks or to help @ any tracklists...
