Seeing some nice gains already, finished shoulders today went perfect. Also my bro is staying with me for a while so it is nice to have someone in the gym with me 
hes doin it for the attention, just report the name and ignore him.

Um I am but i always have been i have really broad shoulders and back, but he can get big he hasnt been working out until this week. But hes ripped, he wants to be big like me i wanna be ripped like him lol
