i dont quite understand...lets say i use mixmiester pro...i put in mp3's...mix em...and export as mp3 file...then i upload and wait?...or do i mix live with the program?

Close, but MixMeister is not a real-time mixing software, but you've got the essentials down. Mix mp3's, export to 160kbps mp3 file, upload and wait for judging.

And unless you happen to be DeviantxPete, you are not entered in this competition (unless I've missed your name somewhere...?), and will have to wait until next round.

When I was judging in the last compo, a lot of people submitted without cues. If the rules haven't changed, they're optional.

flow went pretty good if i dare to say, just the mixing fucked it four consecutive half-trainwrecks, a failed attempt at looping and the transition that sounded better from them all i failed the right timing. so not a contender i guess

oooo looks kinda proggy trancey... k im hucking out my whole tracklist/playlist for the trance set i was trying to build. its on biatch! (lol just joking with ya)

and btw phill, if i run out of time this time, i already have 5 different sets, none of them with any trainwrecks this time, tho im still not satisfied with the harmonics on at least 2-3 transitions on each of them.

Shouldn't the track lists be secret until after the competition? Could be a good idea to have the ppl's names hidden too, to make it a "blind" judging, too late for that though.

In the previous compos tracklists were usually posted after the mix had been uploaded.
