Aw come on, how can you not? Haven't you ever met a Filipina who would just stand there and stare deep into your eyes until you either approached her or made it clear you don't plan to? The intensely sexual stare is what they're famous for man! They never smile, move or blink while doing it. The point is to demonstrate sexual interest and test your courage, both at the same time. It's damn brilliant!

Nope...never happened...but I can't say i'm a fan of the asian women Not that there's anything wrong with them they just don't generally attract me that much . I know some guys who have the whole Asian woman fetish thing but I don't think that's me

I SAW HER AGAIN I SAW HER AGAIN I SAW HER AGAIN

...And this time we were definitely smiling at looking at each other across the train WHOOOOOO

Today I'm supposed to meet an ex gf of mine after work so I'm dressed up all professional and "well groomed" and I'm so glad I chose to do that I think I left a good impression...

Holy crap today she looked even better than last time, and she had these glasses on this time...*DROOOOOOOLS* so beautiful I die!
It's too bad we were so far apart on another packed morning train I would have definitely said something this time - considering all the smiling and looking And I was listening to Ferry Corsten set on my iPod...MAN this is a GREAT start to my day!!!

me so happy!!!

Posted by Callie5 on Jul-14-2004 13:05:

Love is in the air

That's really awesome to hear how giddy you are! Your excitement put a smile on my face... But here I am wondering why you didn't go out of your way to talk to her???

Posted by Desert_Storm on Jul-14-2004 13:05:

keep ur panties on son and dont count ur chickens...

the next time u see her (prolly next tuesday), u HAVE to make an attempt or all is lost....

u messed up with not doin it the first time already. u see the psychology behind that is that u are actually "thinking twice" about whether u really wanna talk to her or not...in this case its thinking 3rice...annnnnnnnnnyways...

dont wussy out :P

Posted by voodoochild on Jul-14-2004 15:03:

my two cents worth...

listen doode...
well- i have been refered to as wise so listen up.

since you have exchanged glances...AND smiled. Hmm there is hope for you....

go with your gut feeling and spark up a conversation. Don't go planning what you're going to say. If you speak half as well as you write- you will do well.
Most people- men or women prefer honesty. and when I say honesty, i don't mean you tell this woman that you want to rip off her clothes and have your way with her...you know what I mean.
Don't expect too much. Who knows, the physical attributes that make her your "dream girl" might not be balanced off with intellect or wit. You sound like a nice enuff guy who might be looking for something a wee bit more than a one night stand. This statement does not need an answer. That's your business.

It seems that we all get so caught up in trivialities that we lose sight of the real reason we look for companionship- acceptance. I'm equally at fault for this...

Anyway- Be honest and be yourself and for goodness sake BE POSITIVE!!! You will be amazed at how wonderfully you are reciprocated- its but one way our energies work!!

Good luck- and i send you lots of good karma.

Neeta.

Posted by starsearcher on Jul-14-2004 15:07:

Thanks Neeta....you are absolutely correct but I couldn't help but laugh when I was reading your asnwer simply because I saw Anchorman - The Legend of Ron Burgundy last night and well too many hillarious references came to mind!

But no you are absolutely right...next time when are in a more comfortable situation to talk I definitely will

So what does she look like?

Hmkay, she's about 5'6 (I usually love tall girls but she'll do!), dirty blonde hair - I think with highlights, very slim/fit looking body, slightly tanned skin, greenish eyes (unreal color), she has a very clean look... It's kind of hard to explain with words but her eyes alone are deadly

Posted by ShadoWolf on Jul-14-2004 15:55:

I hate to have to say this, but my sugguestion is to keep your expectations LOW. If she does have a bf, you will be crushed.

Not really...I'm not even sure if I'm interested in a serious relationship at the moment If she has a bf then it's ok no biggie at least I know i've got some smiles from an out of this world girl And like some people here said so what...big deal I don't mind making new friends either

if it was me and i found out she had a bf, well if the guy is normal and treats her right i would be happy, but if the guy treated er like shit and she still loves him, that would just piss me off!! i dont know if it happens with everyone, but it does with me.

mmmm k. so um.. you didnt do anything about it...

A guy once came up to me and said "I'm sorry, I'm not trying to be rude, but I saw you sitting here and thought that I had to meet you."

He saw that I was busy making an important call, so he gave me his number on a napkin and said "if you'd like to talk sometime, that's my number." Then he walked off.

It intrigued me, and so I called him a few days later. Sadly, it didn't work out since I was moving for school and whatever, but I thought it was a great method to pick a girl up.

You let her know that you're interested by approaching her, and saying something indicating you want to get to know her better, and then throw the ball in her field by giving her your number, that way she doesn't feel threatened by some possible weirdo! It also avoids the "I have a boyfriend" comment, or receiving a fake number from her. Personally, I don't like giving my number out, just because you never know what kind of whack jobs are out there.

Worked with me, might work for someone else
