Whoa... I thought that the retooling of it was just a sample (and I was going WTF???) You mean that it was a full-length reconstruction?

Posted by CruSaDe on Jan-26-2004 15:13:

i thought it was a reconstruction from the set judge jules did. Im guessing that since it says 'sample', this isnt the full track. Simcut, i simple said to read what i wrote, i wasnt trying to be rude - i thought that was obvious. but if you guys dont want to share, i dont mind - keep it to yourself, what goes around comes around. im not going to worry over it.

PEACE

Dunno

Has this clip been posted to other trance-related sites?

Perhaps if we could get some major DJ's interest we could get them to post it on their site?

Somebody prolly just got it in their head to make an "ultimate" trance track sampling all sorts of other tracks of the time and make a nice shady bootleg out of it.

Damn, this sucks. If there's someone out there who knows who or even was the person who made it but isn't talking, please, for the love of god, the joke's not funny anymore, please put this to rest by telling us what the track is.

Here's a thought...perhaps the Judge made it himself?

Posted by twisted on Jul-13-2004 10:00:

i just heard this and it gave me shivers even with the bad quality..this has to be identified, its fucking insane

Posted by twisted on Jul-15-2004 11:48:

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

im pretty sure its X3 vs. Francis Goya - Rain

but not positive, but its a big break in the case!!!

thanks to some on DC++ in the chat rooms, you may not know but they have been helpping..so phat credit to them

EDIT it might also be the "minimalistic remix" aswell
so look into that

Posted by twisted on Jul-15-2004 12:12:

actually Andy B is helping me figure it out...aint that some shit

Posted by BlackBird on Jul-15-2004 12:19:

i've d/led:
01-x3_vs_francis_goya-rain_(the_guitar_song)__minimalistix_remix
doesn't even remind me if the tune
maybe because it's Minimalistix Remix
i'll try finding the original mix

Posted by DJ-RED on Jul-15-2004 22:01:

I have X3 vs. Francis Goya - Rain on 12" Vinyl and I can confirm its not:
Rain (The Guitar Song) (Minimalistix Remix)
Rain (The Guitar Song) (Knarf Remix)
Rain (The Guitar Song) (4 Phase 80's Remix)
So it could still be Orignal or Extended Mix.

edit. Just got Extended & Orignal off DC and it NOT X3 vs. Francis Goya - Rain. Sorry
