As if the championship wasn't enough, we got the cup today! 5th time in history we manage both in the same season.

At the end it was a brilliant season internally, too bad we put some embarassing performances in the Champions League. But this team is still young and this year should be the start of a transition. We're no longer messed up with the exit of Mourinho and key players, a sucessfull squad has been built.

Respect for Co Adriaanse and his mad 3-3-4 tactic, never thought that would work in this country of defensive mentality. Even if some of his decisions during the season were poor, and I criticised him for it, have to concede his work overall was quite good.

Key players: Lucho Gonzalez and Ricardo Quaresma, hard to decide between the two as the biggest star of the squad. Also important: Paulo Assun��o, Pepe and later in the season the goalie H�lton and the new signing Adriano (i thought he was going to be useless..). Many others also had their ocasional moments of brilliance. Hugo Almeida and his rocket goal against Inter. Jorginho and the goal against Sporting that won us the title. Lisandro and his hard work. Ra�l Meireles and Ibson had some great games. Anderson who came out this last month as a massive talent for the future. And so on, and so on..
