I am. I sure enjoy listening to music. Yes sir, you can't beat any kind of music listening. In the car, on the decks, in a plane, underwater, it's all music and it sounds soooooo good!
Man, I can't wait for the results.
Ok.....As the leader of this thread....I was thinking about how to respond to the hostile attack that we have been under and I have to say that my Patient Advocate Care Training has kicked in... FINALLY LOL! 
We all just need to remain focused on our goal here and that is to get this contest JUDGED! Many of us have seen the very negative comments posted about "digital DJ's" and I am sure that we all have very heated feelings about the subject but guess what? This forum is NOT THE PLACE FOR IT. There are so many threads on this site for that discussion that it would make you dizzy to do a search. Lord Fubar, we are all VERY THANKFUL to you for your very LOUD AND CLEAR message to our little disrespectful, uninvited guest. He apparently did not read my initial post in which I made it clear that this forum thread was for DIGITAL DJ's; maybe he can't read.....To quote the Jerky Boys "Ya neva' neva' know..." LOL
So forget the hostility everyone! Let's focus on the goal at hand! I need all of you kicking me in the rear end to get this contset done! LOL So forget him! Who needs that kind of attitude here anyway? Not us because we are some darn awesome people and we have one hell of a contest going here!!!!! So lets get focused and we shall OVER COME! Lets get this thing done so I can hand out prizes for our incredibly talented DJ'S! Focus everyone and forget the TRASH on here.
DJ Trancedelic more power to you man and if you'd like a hook up to get some free music then hit me with a PM man! I could make your life a whole lot earier! 
Shit....i missed the argument....LOL And i don't want to start it all over again. As the things i would say to him would probably get me banned from the forum....so i'll not say anything.....as you guys did a good enough job sticking up for us digital dj's.

Are you all nervous? Are you excited? Well, I have the FIRST SET OF SCORES IN!!!!! I am also adding a judge since one can't be FOUND anywhere now. The new judge is Cyph from Elite Trance; Beatflux is a now show.
Keep your fingers crossed for all of our DJ's and I'll keep everyone posted on how the scores are doing as far as coming in to me. Thanks again to all of the DJ's and the Judge's!

Wow, I want to participate in one of these.. but with all the bullshit involved with this one.. i sure hope there's another!

Indeed this competition is way overdue...
There are only 9 djs and 2 judges and they had 3 months time to judge...
where is the problem in this comp????
Tell you all what..........I have ONE SET of scores from a judge so I'l go ahead post those and we can just say that's it for this contest.
Please accept my apologies but I can't make the judges turn their scores in. Hopefully next time that people sign up for something like this, they'll FOLLOW THROUGH.
Before I post the results, I also need to let everyone know that because it has been SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO long, the sponsor pulled out so we're just getting bragging rights again. Sorry..........

The generality have mixed some nice transition and beat mixing ...I have not listen wrong transition who kill ears lol

The generality mistake is the flow ...that the order tracks and the place in a track for the transition ....but it's that who definite a pro DJ , no ?????
I think a DJ need lot of time for doing an perfect order tracks !

i take full responsability for the shitty set 
. First 60 minutes were enjoyable ... last 3-4 transitions sucked hard and i was too lasy to remix the set awwell 6 place isn't so bad for such a shitty mix

i didnt expect a very good result, this was the first real mix i had done, and was very new. Hopefully i have improved somewhat in my digital skills.
I fully accept my score and this just comes to show me that there is always room for improvement. I thought the judge wasn't going to catch the gain part, but I guess I was wrong. All in all, congratulations to the top three dj's and I look forward to listening and learning from your sets.
Well i'm really happy with my joint 3rd place....thats two competitions i've entered.....1st place in the other one...which to me means a lot as it shows that i'm improving.....the first two tranceaddict competitions i entered i came in last place in both, the third one i entered i came in 17th.....now the 4th and 5th comps i entered i come 1st and 3rd......so i have got to be delighted with my progress........thanks and well done to all the dj's and to the one judge.......also well done to Ray Kayne for taking top slot.
i will post a link to my mix.....which was a psytrance mix...not my normal genre for mixing.....i just felt like having a change.
Congrats to all dj who participated in this competition and to those who one 1st 2nd 3rd prise i hope we can compete in other competitions as well
