i finally got to read the 2363645 pages this thread has turned into since i posted yesterday, and left for gainesville...jees i must say there is a SLEW of undereducated people on this forum rendering it useless to really continue a logical discussion...but for the few in here that I have read with rational thought the problem is not that bush made any of this happen but that the response for the federal government, the government that heads up the richest country on the earth was slow as shit on doing anything about this...i mean come on there r fucking peeps getting raped in murdered in the streets of N.O....this is focking america for christ sake its not adding upp right...and with michael moore, noone is supposed to love him, hes not out for that...in fact he would rather u hate him, and TAKE WHAT HE SAYS INTO ACCOUNT, and just think about it,,,all of it doesent have to be accurate for just a part of it to make sense...like i said before it must incite some thought within ur mind otherwise we will continue on this detrimental path that started in 2000 with that one election that demanded a recount..lol...and ffs i cant believe how many bush lovers are on this forum,i know its not the majority but a couple of u defendign bush is obsurd...do u know that him and his homo party want to eliminate the things we do..i.e...get totally fucked up and listen to fast repetitive electronic music in dark rooms all nigth/ morning/afternoon long, and many other things that we should be able to do as FREE americans....well i do and that is bullshit, hence why fuck the conservative agenda and all the bullshit that comes with it...for now i gotta go its time to start tailgaiting fot he GATOR game that starts here at 6...

The thing I said about global warming had more to do with the intensity of the latest hurricanes, and it is an issue. I am well aware it's a GLOBAL issue but there can be things done in the US to help. But I agree, it cannot only be from the US.

I remain a non Bush supporter. He's done absolutely nothing good for this country but sink it into the ground. As for the "help" he's given his very own CITIZENS, it was mediocre. He should have been there days ago...NOT send in convoy's 4 days later.

There is NO excuse for that. SIMPLE.
I never said Michael Moore was at all right...BUT he does make good points regardless of disliking the "fat fuck." It doesn't have anything to do with 9-11 it has to do with calling out recent events.

And if you really want to go there...Michael Moore isn't the only one speaking up of the lack of Bush's aid...there are MANY people doing it.

bush has never gone in front of a grand jury. clinton went in front of a federal grand jury and lied under oath, thats why he almost got impeached. but i will agree he never should have gone before one anyways it was just a glorified witch hunt on the republicans part. just giving you the facts

Everything I've said, I've said because of my own observations from the events going on and I read about things having to do with much more than what has happened with the hurricane. Don't sit there any tell me he can only do so much. He has such limited resources right? Please. We're in a war a war with no cause...more than half of our resources are being wasted on something with no real objective. I don't blame the leader himself, I blame ALL the people sitting up there...but it begins with HIM because he is the one who has the last word. You say you're not a supporter but yet you're going to sit there and blindly say that he can only do so much. He can do a lot more. You always make such inept remarks as if trying to attack people based on their opinions. You say you're no Bush supporter but you sound just like one.

yep its official your delusional. i'm not imposing my opinion, just giving one. im just looking at things from the most objective way i can, and a "realist" deals with reality, ie the current situation we are in. not "bush is such and idiot, if only he wasnt in office, anyone who likes him must be a moron" bla bla bla. and yes i agree we are in a ill begotten war overseas, but we are there, and i support the troops that are busting there humps over there. im thru with you, flame back if you will, but i only what to have an intelligent convos with level minded people. who want to provide substantive solutions to the problems we face, not mindless ramblings. oh yeh, wipe your nose and take a course on reading comprehenision happy tailgating, rzo!!!

This was supposed to be a discussion, not an insult game. In the end, no one is ever right with politics, anyway. Politics is a neverending cycle of bullshit. It always has been and it always will be. Believe in what you feel is right and respect other people's opinions.
