I've only ever done 1.5 in a night...did the first half, my legs felt warm, popped a whole one two hours later and went nuts. I tend to pop it later in the night (always after 11, usually 12) so I peak at the best time (1-3am), then the clubs close here and I can just go home and relax but rarely sleep. At least, that seems to be the routine I'm getting into. I think I would know that something was wrong if I had to do more than 2 a night...that is my cut off. I mean, I can see for a huge event that goes until 9am...one just isn't going to cut it probably. But yeah...moderation has always hit home with me, even when I was a typical binge drinker. My body can only take so much.

I'd say that on average, I'm in the once every month or two range and I'll keep it at that. |
, but once a month is a limit to me.
interesting studies....I"ve actually visited that site before.
But short term memory loss is not harmful to your brain in the long term, no? It's quite true that my brain feels foggy a day or two after and I do certainly feel tired. But alcohol and coke do the exact same thing. I think a hangover is probably worse to be honest.
What critics??`
okay #1, dance clubs are not to blame for drug use, #2 people who sell pills do this on their own so it's unfair to say the owners are selling drugs, #3 the estimate again is way too low, i would say around 50% if not more are rolling at the club, #4 of course E will be the drug of choice at raves/clubs, because it keeps you up, makes you wanna F***in dance, and makes the music and vibrations sound and feel practically orgasmic, i doubt the same feeling would be achieved at concerts of other genres. our beloved "hippie" festivals are similarily known for the acceptance and expectance of people gettin baked and trippin on drops and caps. It's all about the atmosphere. But why all the comotion, the cops should just lay off, we're just havin our fun. I think they shouldn't be allowed inside the clubs at all. Undercover or not, the party is for the fans, we shouldn't have to worry about someone ruining our good time. Everyone criticizes it like it's a bad thing. So In the words of Ben Harper " before you knock it, try it first, for you'll see it's a blessing and it's not a curse"
