I'm very fortunate that I don't work in marketing. I think Elliott rocks. I know he's not the best looking guy. I really don't buy CDs for looks.
Taylor's joe cocker dude! This guy is going to kill one day! maybe not for the pre-teen market, but definitely a more mature market.
The South loves him.

Haha, michael doesn't either. he thinks he's meh. I understand. He has a particular style that not everyone is partial to.
Well, we'll see. Katherine is really talented. But I really would think it unfair if she continued to under-perform and win. She has been kinda meh lately. except with that drum song she did last week. that was awesome.

Meanwhile the "People Search and Public Information Search Engine" Zaba Search, which reports good results from the past shows, predicting the loser based on whom has been most searched for online, echoes the DialIdol results exactly. The site lists Daughtry as the least searched for, followed by McPhee, Yamin and Hicks.

Ive loved Taylor from the beginning but I dont think he should win. Hes a great performer though, so talented.
Ive never been a fan of Eliott's. He has a very good voice and obviously quite a bit of training but he just doesn't do it for me. Im not interested in watching him when hes onstage.
Chris was da shit. He was already at a professional level when beginning the competition. He just knew how to rock it every time. I never felt nervous watching him like I did with some of the others. His confidence really made him stand out for me.
Katherine FTW by far. Her voice is absolutely stunning. The last few weeks shes had some weaker moments but she has consistently proven her vocal skills. Also, the minute she steps onstage, you cant take your eyes off her. She has total star quality.

Ok, just caught the show on re-run (was at dinner during original airing)- I think it's down to Taylor & Katherine. Taylor had awesome song choices, hands down.

Just a question - so Kelly Clarkson has made a really good name for herself away from American Idol. I hear nothing of the other winners...doesn't sound like winning the title does much for them.

not diggin' the short cut on pickler.... some can pull off the look, but she looks too 'boyish' now. i liked the long blonde hair, pure redneck, straight off the farm look she used to sport....
oh how i loved it so much.
So let me get this straight - more Americans voted in last nights Idol final than any US president vote in history. That really says a lot about what is important. Shame on them...
