Rasta

Hm U're sort of funny..It surprises me that most of you like those tracks u call HardTrance that are in fact TechnoPop or HardHouse but have nothing to do with TRANCE anymore!
Those tracks are plain and simple in my opinion. It is exactely THEM that are played in our clubs non stop. I came to thise website in order to forget(!) poor cheese like cambodia or Dj's at work, starsplash or club bizzare. I admit i really love to get mad on the dancefloor to those hard beats sometimes but its not really listenable nor real quality...But as i see u like it so i can at least help u get the latest ones since our scene is definitely specialized on such productions...2 friends of mine are Dj's who only work with that music so it wont be hard to get the newest tipps from them.
Now that i think about it I even prefer Holymen and Barkan tracks to hardhouse...At least they got catchy melodies and even harder beats except for any kind of sophistication or complexity....But i tolerate everything..Sometimes i enjoy tracks like Gigi D'agostino - Un giorno credi as well..

The point is that i wanna do others a favour since i know a lot about the kind of music ppl talk about here, that is cause very1 plays it here..
Well, "My trance" isnt of a big surprise..its the usual suspects from Holland as well as the Global Undergound DJ's and Israeli/German Psychedelic music
By the way..Ive seen Woody Van Eyden spinning last year and found it one of the bests set ive ever heared. The buildup was a masterpiece and this guy was mad as if he was on drugs, singing (beautifully tho!) throwing tilet paper and puouring his drinks on other jumping on desks and showing fingers to ppl who wanted him to play certain tracks and then suddenly apologize and jump like a rabbit to his vinyl case... But it was all in a humurous way, so every1 enjoyed
And his first sonf "feels like flying" was one of my first trance songs ever and i still LOVE it

It's all a matter of taste... Talking bout myself for example I like getting wild with BAnging HardHouse Tunes in clubs though i also enjoy listening to those on my spare time.
Second... nothing is "simple" as you claim, Don Diablo & Scot Project are the FAV artist for most of the people here... listen to some tunes mentioned a few posts above rom both of them and you will see the differense between the two.

Don't judge people by their taste, each has his own unique taste in music... were all here for the same reason which is listening, discussing and sharing our beloved electronic music, regardless to what genre it is- respect that!

Come on, read carefully. You even quoted me and then failed to see the sentence "I tolerate everything"? Did I say that I'm judging ppl on behalf of their taste in music? Did i put any1 here down? I just sayed that this place here is like my escape from the entire hardhouse scene and i was sure it would be the same with others. Apparently one always loves things he hasnt got and since Trance is far more popular in Israel than in Austria its understandable that u guys seek for different stuff as well. Thats the point actually. A little bit of both sides (well of course with an emphasis on Trance though) would be the ideal solution IMHO.
I did listen to your beloved Don Diablo and it didnt really impress me, and i know Scot Project's Productions already. They are nice but when it comes to HardTrance I prefer Dumonde or example. And i DO think that uplifting and especialy progressive trance is more complext the "The Sound of Fear" which sounds very smiliar to the brooklyn bounce stuff by the way. But again, who am I to put some1 down cause he likes it? Simple isnt always bad as i can flip out to the probably dumbest song ever "Star 69" Or "I get live" as well.

Moriano, u also quoted me and apparently didnt read all of it. I say ed that i like the producers most on the boards here like. That is the guys from holland (tiesto avb and ferry) Pvd, the GU Djs and melodic as well as minimalistic psychedelic Trance. Do u want names now?

You missunderstood me, You claimed HardHouse to be a "Simple" style... that was my point. In any case- We seem to agree that it's all amatter of taste- so what's the discussion here?
In any case- This is a "Recommend a Track" topic, not another discussion bout genres, so let's stop it here
