Healthy food with Vlad, the new show.

yeah seriously, I hate chinese food but every now and then Ill get coerced itno getting some and Ill think 'this cant be bad food' and they get me every time. those china men arent to be trusted.

i'm a china man and i consider my cooking to be top notch, even though i don't cook chinese food that often, but when i do, i'm pretty sure i can be as authentic as it can get.

i want a peanut butter and bacon sandwich.

Posted by Slylee on May-18-2006 16:46:

i think all of the recipes and concepts in chinese food are great, but it's just that so many chinese places are pretty much "fast food" and so it's not always the best quality meat, etc. to be honest, chinese takeout gives me the worst bloating and i try to avoid it. but i love all the sauces and sauteed veggies and meat. i'd like to make some chinese food at home...never thought of it...i should try

the key to cooking good chinese food is that it should be cooked in a wok =)
