sasha and diggers is getting better by the day i swear. Nice pics right there.

So far the best night at Famous.

Walked in right before Farina started to play, and his set was impressive. He played drivey solid tribal and techy house whilst mixing it up in between with a more softer sound

Apparently he played a very different sound at Parklife, (which was amazing from what I've heard), but his "club set" was equally as good and not what I had expected. The crowd was going nuts. I think alot of people on this forum would have liked it

They were declaring Full House at 2am, when no one could get in, which was good for people IN the club, as it was comfortably full with room to move and swing your arms as you please. There are still alot of issues with the lines and guestlists at QB, and it's still early days.. things are getting sorted out.

My friend and I showed up at about 2am, and there was quite a crowd milling around the front. We went up to the door and we were quickly knocked back.

Standing and watching, we saw several groups of girls let straight in. Ok, I understand that happens. Most weren't even good looking though, but they had tits so I guess that's win/win for whomever.

Having said that, I saw at least one group of four guys walk up and be let straight in - not pass outs, as that was a different line. After we saw them go in, my friend and I decided to try again - nope, "Full House". As we're being told this, a group of five girls is let in in front of us.

Pffeh. I'm there for the music. I don't notice if a crowd is made of men or women, I don't see why it matters. But maybe that's why I don't have a suber club

Ah yeah, we got stuck again Vi! Rocked up about 11pm cos we were lost after Parklife and we thought we'd be fine so early on.

The queue was still massive and didn't seem to be moving at all Damn shame I missed Farina but I crashed and burned standing in the GL line.

Ah, one day! Thanks heaps for putting so many names on the list for me, maybe I will have to arrive with you when I decide it's my turn to make it into the club!

What is the go with events like Jimmy Van M? Is it straight GL again, or will they allow pre purchased tickets for some of the international acts?

Special events that are not held for Famous, like Sasha and Diggers will be ticketed. Events held on Saturday's at Famous will be GL and Door entry.

They say the price is fixed now, regardless whether it's and international or local line up its $20 on the GL and $25 on the door, but I have a feeling it wil be different for The Balance Party, I will know more after this Tuesday.

My advice is if you want to go to Jimmy Van M, get organised now and names in a soon as possible, as the earlier you start to do these things the better, Famous can really be a hard place to get into.

Try there as early as possible a good time is around 9:45. There are no ATM's at QB, so you have to grab cash out from the Casino, beforehand. Guys, try to some with as many girls a possible, it makes it easier for you to get in .. I hate this about clubs, but unfortunately thats the way it goes.

Next week all local line up again, but PUMP UP .. GK AFTERPARTY on Sunday at QB
