You felt how you felt. Cant always like every set, even if you would really wanna bc u normally love that DJ.
I fell in that trap w/ Armin... i liked him a great deal longer than i should have bc i was alwasy just saying i liked his set simply bc he was armin. he'd disppoint me in his sets in Toronto or live (just wasnt doing it for me anymore), but i didnt wanna admit that... because he was my favourite DJ, bc he was Armin
(glad im outta that loop now )

its all about the music isnt it.. and not worshipping the dj..
there are djs that doent do it for me when i listen to their sets.. andi only like to see them live.. in action.. (ie.. c&c) or guys like sean miller.. i have most of his sets and cds in my x box.. but i do have a little bit of a problem in clubs..
what i like to do is go to a club and enjoy the music.. no matter whos spinning i wanna be able to dance.. to go nuts.. to look at my friends and have danceoff with them.. to feel the music and get orgasmic goosebumps..
the fact that the dj didnt put his 100% doesnt mean hes a bad dj..
i always think that there is a next time Posted by Jem_hadar on Nov-20-2006 19:36:

I'm sure he put 100% he just didn't play your style of music. To each their own of course, but just because I show respect to a DJ I like does not mean I am kissing his ass. I am simply stating how I feel about his set and his music, as you are aswell.

There is not a night where Demi doesn't give it his full effort.... EVER. You're right Justin, it's just a matter of taste. For the most part, Demi had the booth to himself (his little bro was in there for a while too) - but he was in there concentrating on putting forth the best set possible.
Now if he was in there, partying it up with his 'groupies' and slamming back booze chatting it up with various people - and his set became lackluster because of it.... then sure, the 'didn't give it 100%' comment would be legit, but that just isn't the case.
