Anyone catch the live/dj Joof experience Friday night? How was it? Where the fuck is your report Philbot? Usually you would have come home and headed straight to the computer? You arent wandering around due to turn up at the local tip in 3 more days ala E.Core a few years back?

Hahahaha yeah dude I didn't hold back on this one. The carnage continued well into the next day too!!

Camping on top of that hill was awesome for the view but completely fucked up by the end of the weekend. I got no idea how many times I had to climb up that thing in the end but I'm feeling pretty knackered from it now

Hahahaha what a pissa! I had no fucken idea what was happening man. Trying to walk down that hill when your spastic and half blinded by that hood isn't a good idea. Still, I managed to not fall throughout the entire weekend so awesomez!

Hmmm what about Friday night on top of the hill in the chairs after Dave the Drummer? Lights FTW!!!

Yeah that was hilarious Jolz. We found about 3 or 4 cars like that up there. Looks like a few kanga's might have got smacked on the way in.

Didn't actually see a single one when we were driving, nor any roadkill (that I noticed anyway). Wish I saw that car though. Would've been hilarious, although not so much for the owner. At least they have a sense of humour about it.

Worst hit was a Subaru Liberty I saw on Saturday. It seemed to be missing most of its front end... I have seen what native wildlife can do, but this was extreme even by roo standards!!

Oh yeah. Losing your glasses because you're dancing and accidentally knock them off your face right in front of the hydra stage when (who was supposed to be, but wasn't) Ben Evans is playing is a no no

So incredibly lucky I didn't lose them. I must've spent the better part of 10 minutes walking around the front of my stage with my phone light on and yelling at randoms "Glasses?"...

That's the first time (that I remember at least ) that I've ever lost my glasses whilst out and about. Let's hope it doesn't happen again...

Mind you, I ended up putting them away for fear of a repeat performance and just walked around more blind than usual. Funny thing is I don't remember everything being blurry. Maybe I was just squinting shitloads

Nah nah. I'm talking about my seein' eyes glasses, as in the ones I need to see regardless of sun

I had my sunnies on during the day, although really should've put sunscreen on. I'm burnt, but not overly badly. I can feel my arms ever so slightly peeling, but they haven't done it yet.

I'm sure as hell a lot browner than I was

Ah ok ... man that would have been panic stations losing them, especially at night!!!

Glasses and outdoor festivals are such a bastard. When you get slightly wrecked (or in my case OVERLY) one over enthusiastic dance move can easily remove them off your head without you even noticing they're gone! So many times I stuck my sunnies on top of my head and forgot about them at night. Then all of a sudden I freak and think fuck where are they, check my head and they're gone ... SHIT!! I think ah well I'm total dickhead for doing that then reaslise I'm even more of a dick because I'd find them in my pocket later WTF??!! LOL

lol yeah, it was mega panic. It sobered me up right and good that's for sure

I was probably at the pinnacle of my drunkenness when that happened. I remember it was maybe an hour before sunset and we went down to the drink tent for some booze, then I have until whoever it was that played at 9:30 instead of Ben came on. And that's when I knocked them off my head.

Talk about getting real sober real quick. Of course once I found them the drunkenness kicked in again and all was well. I don't really remember going back to our camp site to put them away, but I know I did that at some stage. Probably had some more to drink whilst I was there too, which would explain a lot

Ahh good times... At least there's J00F on tomorrow night here in Sydney to help ease the pain.

lol marcusus and dman, ive nearly lost my glasses a few times too at a shindig.... ooohhh every blind person's worst nightmare to get em trampled on!!! ive caught mine in mid air once or twice lol like ya said b4, one wild jump/move and off the fly lol kinda impressive when i can catch em again lol it looks like a move in itself LOL!!!!
