ANyway, who else is down for this road trip:

Friday - BBR (for SvD)
Saturday - Sensation 2007
Sunday - Labour of Love

???

It would be silly if you miss out on Block Party which I'm guessing will be Sat 1 Sept.

Because TOTA DJs rock like they are all superstars. (And BBQ and drunken shenanigans, regardless of weather)

And considering many of the DJs for Sensation will be there for LoL. (if the current booking trend is any indication)

then just bring the same lineup they had at guv side last year and ill be happy.

Fair, Cattaneo, and Digweed were awesome.

I don't think you can beat that prog line up.

Maybe add Sasha and Desyn Masiello.

(And all techno lineup at the Orange Room or the Gallery)

IIRC it's by invitation only

people who go to LoL are there for the party

do you really want to see a dj you've been waiting forever to see in toronto at a party like LoL where you're gonna be crowd surfing anyways? i don't

What better venue to introduce people to less seen DJs then something like LoL.....a chance to hear different DJs instead of the same DJs over and over again......its like watching a repeat of the simpsons...the second time you pick up on some things you missed the first time and its still good, the third time you still enjoy it but you see nothing new in it....by the fourth time you just want to change the channel and watch friends again.

True enough about the party reasoning Laura.

I'll see how I feel w the party, most likely going as I haven't been to Guv for a spec event since Feb, if that.

Bottom line: The best type of party includes BOTH djs that satisfy everyone, new djs that play amazing stuff that haven't been here and the occasional old favorite that is in the line up somewhere. The friends element to this just makes things a billion times better for obvious reasons.

You're going to miss out! No one actually has any work to do first day of classes! Espcially if its your first year!

First year of what big guy? LOL? Nope--> did it last year. School? Nope--> year five.

I'm done partying once July ends--Benassi or Oliver's CD release party will be my last event for the summer.

For what it's worth, SvD @ the BBR would, without a doubt, be the one party I'd attend to celebrate Labour Day.

Yeppers, you are correct; the program is, however, only one year long and, so, there is no room to mess up.

+1 i agree with this for the most part, it'd be great seeing djs on the lineup whom have NEVER played Labour before. Give them a chance...and im sure everyone WANTS to play the GUVERNMENT

While im NOT against having djs who have played here before, i'd rather NOT see the same djs consecutively...maybe every other year would be fine.

this would be Armin's 3rd yr in a ROW

hmm Sasha AND Digweed would DEF be something else...

ya wouldnt mind some 16 bit lolitas. funny how im listening to non verbal language (digital only dub). this track would zombie out guv.

put trance in kh, tribal in orange room/gallery, minimal/progressive house in guv, tech house in drink/skybar. I would be quite happy

If the lineups were good Id have to clone myself cause I'd want to be everywhere all the time
