"Visitations with Mommy are over - Kaia returned to overly-dramatic DJ"

Posted by UWM on Jan-16-2008 03:51:

Now I can go back to hating him solely for his lush had of hair and not his seething pretentiousness.

Only took a month.

How bout that.

It was just BT's viral marketing campaign to promote Tijs remix of Hide And Seek.

I'm pretty sure BT's definition of "missing" is "She was with her mom."

And regardless I think it's pretty funny that BT is trying to wrap all this up the same way he started it: MySpace Bulletins.

I actually feel worse now knowing that Kaia will actually have to spend time with him.

Poor kid.

18. This is from ABC news forum:

"UPDATE: The case has been dismissed in Maryland. This afternoon the judge dismissed the case and all chrages. Here are the facts:1. Maryland did not have jurisdiction because Ashley and Brian did not have residence in Maryland for 6 months. Brian misrepresented this in his court filings.2. There is also an existing custody order in California in which Ashley has 65% custody. Brian did not make the judge aware of this.Color commentary:The judges in Maryland and California are extremely unhappy with Brian's actions. Note only did he knowingly mislead the Maryland court, he also orchestrated having Ashley arrested yesterday evening the day before the judge in California was going to rule on the case."

I just tossed off a quick email to Lynn at TBU asking the exact same thing.

Posted by spc on Jan-17-2008 14:57:

heh, this somehow made TMZ's website: http://www.tmz.com/2008/01/16/music...ow-at-lynnwood/

Some of the user comments are interesting:
quote:
31. I think the dad set the mom up so he could be in the news like other famous dad Larry Birkhead. He knew everyone would pay attention to a little girl abducted. It's the golden opportunity for him to get famous since he is not even on the D-list.

By the way, his music sucks ass. It's replaceable like commodity. It's for cheesy rave kids. No one cares.

quote:
30. "she wouldn't be in custody, in jail, wityout bail. "

Maybe it's because she has no money. It's been said on other websites that the mother had been a stay home mom since the kid was born because the father traveled a lot for work. After they separated, the dad took the child and left California (where the family used to live) even though the mother was granted 65% custody. He moved her daughter and him to another state, sounds fishy like he is avoiding something? The mom was heart broken, she had been with the kid day in and day out since she was born.

quote:
23. The douche musician is trying to mislead public online. He sent out several press releasees pointing the mom did something wrong but the court says otherwise. It takes an evil person trying to destroy your kid's mother like that.

Lol, what are you doing reading TMZ?

Honestly, when I've ran out of websites to read, I end up going to sites like that as a last resort to cure my boredom There aren't any policies to work on so far today so I've got nothing to do at work.

Lol, no worries - I have those too.

And I did find they way they chose to write their story worth a pretty good laugh.

I heard Stephen Colbert talking about this whole debacle and he used the word 'douchiness' several times.

it's people like you, rjt, that are ruining the internet

i'd seriously doubt that she ever posts here again. the amount of garbage that she spewed out was unbelievable. it would have been better if she didn't say anything at all.

I apologize, I made that up. But I'm pretty sure Stephen would say 'douchiness' if he was asked to comment on the subject.
