I'd say so too, Insomniac has invested too much money on PVD that they'll make him close the night to keep the crowd from getting home early... probably Menno will come before him at midnight, but I really hope CL will take the opener for PVD. There's also some speculation that Bamaca will open up for PVD (just like he did at Vanguard this past Feb)

Anyhow, last year's lineups definitely owned this year's, but I think it's still all worthed to go to EDC08. If it were up to me, I'd put the time slot like this:

4pm - Bamaca
6pm - Benny
8pm - Moby
10pm - CL
12pm - Menno
2am - PVD

I just wanna catch Moby though for sure! last year's line up was really great but this year is amazing too, don't forget guys, this is still SoCal

as for Nocturnal, it's turning out pretty good so far with Above & Beyond booked

Full lineup still isn't posted on Insomniac's site, so I'm thinking it may not be final? The flyer posted here is named "proof" - always easy to add a few names in Photoshop...

seems like its the full lineup, look at the main stage divide how many dj's everybody should get a 2 hour set? if so its final.

i like this years lineup better than last years. all i really cared for last year were deep dish and above & beyond

It's disappointing when you have gone to over 50+ parties with RITM on the bill and they do the same thing every time. But, if you have not seen them yet, you will like it. They have really mastered their act after doing it 1000 times or so...

CL back to back with PVD would be mint. I hope they don't put CL on early like last time, it's a waste to have him on that early. He blows most of the other guys out.

This is kinda off topic, but someone said that Above and Beyond will be at Nocturnal. But i just looked at their schedule and it says that their at Ibiza on the 11th and 18th. Now Nocturnal is on the 13th, doesn't make sense if they go from Ibiza to L.a. and then back to Ibiza...

I'm hoping for Menno then Paul, need to keep the European DJ's closer to Central European Time!

I'm pretty sure Insomniac just asked them to take down that date, because I swear I saw it on their myspace earlier! We'll find out for sure after EDC takes place and flyers get passed around.

Anyways, I can't stop listening to Slipping Away (Axwell mix) it just gets me so excited!!! Moby better play it!

Not too excited about the lineup

I'll be out there with my g/f for the entire week, getting our vip tix today. Love the Insomniac parties and psyched to see Chris Lawrence on the line up, you'll see me up front and center for his set, he rocked it at Webster Hall with Jules a few weeks back. Any word on whether this is the final line up or more djs to be added?

I just might go to this , if only for Menno de Jong and CL.
