Well i have 15 minutes to kill before i need to leave, and i needed something to do which doesn't take a lot of time. Cant go play a game or watch a movie since that will take too long, but from past expirience i know that LionsLair cant form a decent reply to anything so why not argue with him for a bit of fun until I need to go.

I hate flame wars because the Xbox 360 guys always get into the "OOH IT'S CHEAPER".

Account into how much a year of live is (not much, but an initial expense)
Account into how much the HD-DVD drive was (now discontinued) because the PS3 has Blu-Ray.

And you'll find the PS3 is a better choice money wise.

I don't know much about Live, but apparently it's better than PS3's "version". I see no difference other than Live puts up WAY more game demo's than that of PS3's.

Xbox 360 has good exclusive titles (Bioshock FTMFW), but by next year I can see the PS3 start overtaking the Xbox 360 due to size requirements on the disc, and pure processing power.

I have a PS3 and GTA IV works flawlessly with no load times or popups in 1080p.

yeah the ps3's biggest advantage is the blu ray player. that's actually one reason i bought it....plus it plays ps2 games and i had a ps2 before. i don't play a lot of games anymore, but i did just get gta4 and its awesome!

blu ray is the sole reason the ps3 is catching up so quickly. the ps3's player, despite its [large] deficiencies, is far better than the hd-dvd add-on was, and with blu ray player pricing at the same range, non-gamers are getting it 'cuz it's a free gaming system.

Just played single player and multiplayer.. 100% win.

specially multiplayer... but the story line in single player is win too!!
