Unless he bought it off of one of the 2 guys that Volvo has given free cars to because of this, he doesn't have one. One of those guys that has one lives in Sacramento, California. He was featured on the news and in the newspaper up there. I vividly remember seeing it on the news and being, "WOW that thing is BEAUTIFUL!"
