Still nothing compared to the energy his sets used to have. Check out Global Gathering set in 2004. Everything is way over 142.

Bottom line is Armins sets lack energy and the lack of tempo is the reason for it mostly. Its so he can play shitty cheesy vocals along with more uplfiting stuff along with the techier stuff. This makes his sets also seem random at times now as well

that was 4 years ago..things have changed..Scot Project probly starts his set at 137 and finishes around 143 144..and thats hard trance..dont get me wrong..i would love to see Armin bang out at 144..i would go nuts

Point is theres no reason for him not to. Rather than pitching everything down and they sound not as they were intended. Its been a major flaw in Armin recently.

Thankfully when i did see him at Armin Only he played enough good tunes to overshadow his shortcomings.
