Sometimes you can have a opinion about something without letting your personal taste affect it to much.
I never bought a MJ record, that's how much I liked him.

RapidFire, Renzo and even Woscar made some very good points I totally agree with.

This is one of the reasons why discussions over here often aren't discussions. I always try to keep in mind my view on things could be wrong:

I'm pretty sure he was being serious, though, while you were simply bashing his taste for the sake of needling him. Have you even listened to the stuff he recommended?

Let me get this straight. He calls the entire genre of music shit and it's ok, but the moment I tell him his music taste is not much better, I'm the asshole.

I didn't say you called me an asshole. I called myself an asshole. I have heard the tracks he posted. Every single one of them. I'm not a fan, but that doesn't matter in the least bit. If he enjoys the music, let him listen to whatever he wants. The reason I posted what I did is to bust his balls. I already explained that. Stop making this a bigger issue than it should be.

Yeah, i'm sure you have. They are not tracks, they are full-length albums. Seven albums by six different artists, that i recommended in a thread about trance. You quote me on that in a completely unrelated thread about Michael Jackson and make presumptuous claims about my taste in music, just because i criticized Justin Timberlake, Usher and Black Eyed Peas (and Michael Jackson)?
