The difference between the two festivals that you mentioned and this are that the styles of the DJs at those events are all the same. This event combines too many different types of music to announce that it's just the official EZ afterparty.

If you're a Armin fan, chances are that you'll be pissed if Marco Carola & Luciano are the headliners at the afterparty.

Just read that Benasssi is doing the Sat. night after party and Ferry is doing Sunday, both at Pacha.

Seriously though... I don't think it's that big of a deal to announce any sort of line up. I could understand not announcing it way back in April when this was announced - but 2 weeks into it we should atleast know who is playing where. By then, everyone who is coming (from here or out of town) has already made up there minds.

MADE only made it a mission for out of towners.

You won't lose out much announcing who-is playing-where, 4 days before the festivities begin.


Thankfully reSOLUTE has come out of the wood works. I'll be there Saturday probably for Connie & Adultnapper as I know both of them always kill it. Plus Connie is just really nice to look at

I don't know I just can't believe Ferry playing the EZ afterparty with other DJ's when he headline's there by himself. I know its a festival after party but if he played there with other guys that place would be swamped and over-whelmed not only with Party goer's but the cops would be watching that place like a hawk. Either way like euphoria said I'm gonna go to Love regardless.

I was going to say the oppposite: I am glad a lot of people are STAYING at Love Besides, there is no way that Love is going to be comfortable regardless. Its teeny and there is a huge party with only a couple options afterwards. LOTS of people going to love because its deffo a great option, if not the best option.


I will deffo see casey and marcello if this is a rumor though awesome options IMO.

btw this supposed party seems tres sketch to me. NO longer is Ferry's name listed, and they change the name of it every 5 minutes.

and besides, if Ferry WAS to do an afterparty of THIS magnitude, it would have been common sense to secure a huuuuge venue like Roseland or Hammerstein...its what normally happens with other festival afterparties he has played at. Def not at PACHA -- they wouldnt be able to handle the crowds esp after Zoo.

The line up's for the afterparties will be announced on twitter during the festival. If you have twitter set up to send ur txt msgs u will get the info during the event.

totally agree. I havent trusted this source since I saw it!!! LOLOL sucks we wont know til the day of, though! thats too hectic IMO.

What's their main reasoning for doing this? Paying now for an afterparty and not knowing the lineup...Worth it or not?

they want people to buy tickets for EZ first and foremost, it's a higher price point. afterparty sales are incremental sales and they know people will go regardless

I don't really stress after parties. It will all fall into place in the end. Hopefully Love won't be jam packed because that is our Sunday plan.

i cant even remember a time that Love wasnt jammed pack on a REGULAR night, let alone right after a huge festival!! dont sweat it, its going to be a great party!!

I feel bad for the out of towners. I would hate it.. I mean I am the worst at comitting to after parties but fuk - atleast I have some clue of what I will do after DEMF or WMC.

Yes, exactly. Plus I am sure they will play some of the afterparty lineups by ear.

For example...if one guy just rips the festival a new but thole, and everyone is buzzing about the set, they might want to have the ability to add him into the afterparty lineup last minute or something.
