i just find most Czech beers have a deeper flavour and variety in terms of taste...most German beers are similar in flavour(not the same but close).
I hear the Czech can drink anyone under the table. But I'm sure the Irish and Germans have something to say about that.
nope they win...hands down, and their woman are hotter.
look at my flag..music only
i'm half filthy mic...and the pure irish on one side of the family likes to think that they can drink, but they just drink too fast and act like cocks...the rest of us keep going after they have passed out and pissed themselves.

| Originally posted by Schadenfreude I'm drinking Molson M right now...it is just a generic domestic beer, but i kind of like it. The sell point is that it does not go flat after 5 minutes and it is cheap Our domestic beers are so much better than American brews.http://www.marketwire.com/press-rel...ger-1080817.htm first beer of its kind. |
Sam Adams makes a strong beer that i like a lot..i can't remember the name though, it is a rare drink around here.
Sam Adams should be better by all means, because it is not as big of a brewery as Molson in the sense that Molson is to Canada what Bud is to the US (but better
)
Oktoberfest is on my list of things to do before I die. Actually, we should all go the same year.
We can drink and rave to Paul van Dyk.

| Originally posted by Sushipunk See, hearing shit like that pisses me off. We have some decent small (micro?) breweries here, but they never seem to release seasonal brews, or one-off special brews like heaps of the overseas breweries seem to. If they do, I rarely see them on the shelf anywhere. I guess it's because we have a small population here - less possibility for a specialised market like that. To the thread, Bas? |
you guys have a bit more than 10 million less in terms of population to us stu....criminals make good potato vodka, not beer

I had a Temple Brau in the centre of London, in I believe The Temple Bar or Temple Brau or something similar. They brew it there.
It was fucking awesome, though I was thirsty at the time.

Indeed Radler is quite popular, mostly in Bavaria. It sometimes goes by other names, like Russ (Russian) or my favorite: Ententeich (duck pond). A common use is when you have some kind of formal or business dinner in a beer garden, then people often order Radler since they don't want to get too drunk but still drink a beer where you're supossed to drink one. Of course when you go to Oktoberfest and buy a Radler people will instantly know you're a gay sissy.
While it doesn't taste that bad I agree that beer should be served as beer and not be watered down by some other shit.
