You have been cautioned.

I have already contacted board moderators, and continued harassment will see a response escalation.

Pfffffft. The guy is probably scared of his own shadow.
Him 'getting' me is the least of my worries. I just feel sorry for him, poor soul.

Trouble is you are in completely different jurisdictions.

In the press recently it was stated just how hard it is to actually do anything about this kind of thing.

Additionally when you see the context of the whole discussion it is clear that as big of an arse bandit as Jay is, he is joking in the only way he knows; like a should have retired shock radio DJ in his mid 40's.

This plus the fact that the abuse doesn't seem to be systematic nor (to our knowledge) has it been direct via private correspondence (pm/email)but instead rather open in a publicly viewable forum further weakens how serious any authorities would take this issue.

Finally you yourself made some pretty serious insinuations about one user being a paedophile. It is my estimation that authorities would investigate that as more serious slander since those kind of accusations can be taken drastically out of context and ruin lives.

I do hope you don't take Jay the Hitler fanatic seriously. Nor Enigmatic or Moral Hazard. Cause in truth I think we all enjoy your insight.

Best wishes. Cool story, etc.

Really, different jurisdictions, I guess Moral Hazard being in Canada, Ontario, Waterloo Region area is all a front right - this adds to his reliability alright. Jurisdiction is not an issue if he isn't completely a front.

Trance Addict is also a toronto based website. The laws of Canada would very much be applicable in regard to him in this instance.

The server is stated as being in Houston, but his messages would be originating in canada, they are also being received in Canada.

By not screening canadian IPs it is being published in canada. as well as any other IPs that are not netblocked at the server or website level.

But Jay isn't is he?

If you do feel serious about this, you can just print screen for evidence.

From what I gather you a pretty hench (tough) so I wouldn't fear some TA posters.

People like PKC are either misinformed, unreasonably biased, or overly paranoid. Wild animal game is perfectly fine to eat as compared to commercial foods if you screen it. It is actually fresher and healthier. (With less chance of industrial contamination)

Tell me, why would you voluntarily eat something when you have no idea how it died? And how exactly do you screen it? You could fill jennys gaping ass with everything you dont know about biology or disease ffs.

Although I'm guesssing this is just an attempt at garnering more ammo to use against me later.

1 check to see if it is whole or if it is punctured
2 check the environment in which it was found (local water sources, signs of environmental contamination, poisonous plants etc..)
3. Are there any abrasions, missing elements etc..

4. Does it have any signs of rabies or is anything else unusual

5. You want to check for any insects or other animals in the area - especially dead ones.

6. You can check its stomach contents for what it was eating
7. You check its organs for any signs of cancers or discolouration
8. Disease identification varies by species. Some diseases are animal specific some effect the lymphatic system, others give other signs.

Some things cannot be identified by anything else - the age of the animal is also part of it. Checking for things like hydration - starvation etc.. are all things that are done very quickly.

Most of this stuff you can find in the SAS survival handbook and other survival books widely available in libraries and online.

Check page 141 for example in "GEM sas survival guide"

there are many survival books and if you do this I recommend you read them all and frequently read new sources and information.

Bear in mind I am also a student anthropologist (and lesser so student archaeologist) who has done a lot of reading on history, origins of cultures (including hunting and gathering societies) and a tini bit of pathology. by no means am I a professional; however, I have been exposed to many ideas that assist me when I scavenge or collect.

Yes, and Ive seen your ability to make reasonable inferences from information provided, and also your skill at manipulating information. and youre shit.

Mr. Ashley is THE shit. His inferences are beyond Einstein's ability with reason and logic. This is, at least in part, due to the fact that Einstein is dead.

Of natural causes. *duh duh duuuuuh*

ad hominem.

Also there is no suffering in my life, I'm pretty content person ongoing. It is people like you though that really remind me how fucked up the world is. It is beyond my control though, I can only hope you wake up someday and clue in that petty personal attacks against others doesn't advance yourself in the long run, it will bring you down. You can't escape your judgement, it will find you if you ever turn into a human rather than living life as a slug. There is far more to appreciate in life once you can rise above subhuman behaviour.

Posted by Halcyon+On+On on Aug-31-2010 03:47:

You're right, teach me how to be more like you, for that is the way.

Joss you only make the point that if you keep things in context they make sense, but when you take them out of context they don't.

Eg. people thinking I'm nuts becuase I collect things from the wild may be a viewpoint, but if that viewpoint is used to imprison someone indefinately, is it really reasonable for them to push the view?

What about someone growing their hair out when they are male, is this reason enough to imprison someone indefinately.

What about haaving their own religious worldview? Are people entitled to have their own beleif in god? Or a world view of what are good morals or ethics?

--- And yes ---- the fact is --- that my world view is not an offensive one, it is one that lets people live their life.

What the above was talking about were two things.

1. The fact that a peaceful person who is harassed and attacked without valid cause only has two options to be harassed and attacked or to confront their aggressors. The first statement is just a relay of that idea. In your little blurb though, you take that out of context and make it seem just this mindless rant. There is a background to the statement you are ommitting.

2. The second one was talking about religious beleifs and it is out of context - religious beleifs tend to seem nutty to anyone who doesn't follow that faith anyway. Like slitting cows necks, bathing in only one river, only letting vultures eat the meat of your deceased loved ones, living on a gaint turtle, sacrificing your first born, or a live horse in a giant bonfire, bathing in running water and not going around anyone if you have sex, etc..

All of these things have reasons though, but you won't understand them unless you learn the background.

You've been painting me as "some mad freak" for over 5 years now. You got to understand that someday you will be accountable. As stated your past actions don't just disappear. It is lifelong.
