Sure, way back when when the life expectancy was 35-45 years, I could see why you would marry a girl after she hit puberty (starts mentstruating and/or shows breasts) but to do that TODAY is definitely wrong imo. I mean, back then, Aisha's parents were okay with her marriage, but what parents are okay TODAY with marrying off their YOUNGGGG teenagers, some even before they reach double-digit ages?!

The real corker is why is it not ok now? Biologically nothing has changed, and if anything has changed it appears that girls are menstruating at even younger ages. What sociological changes have occurred that demands that the age be increased? I have some ideas, but I'd like to see what other people think... Too bad IGK or Boris isn't here though.
