Does anyone know the schedule? at least start/ending time each day?

and anyone local if its walkable from the best western orlando west on colonial dr?

It's walkable (12-15 min) but it may not be a very pleasant walk. Basically you walk through the hood the entire way. During the day you'd be fine but honestly I'd have second thoughts about doing it at night.

People getting out of a giant rave spilling into the nearby nabes...not exactly a great mixture, haha.

If you're familiar with the old Orange Bowl in Miami, it's a bit like that.

Set times have been posted HERE!

All I can say is what a mess. The trance guys are split up over the two days. Only Tritonal and Armin are playing on Saturday the rest of the day is full of commercial crap. Thank god I didn't buy a 2 day pass, I'll be passing up saturday for friday only.

P.S. Excited that Gaiser, Victor, Carl Craig, Loco, and Richie are all playing two hour sets on friday!!!

TRITONAL had a contest today giving away 4 tickets to EDC Orlamdo. Only 35 people entered and I lost but thanked them anyway and they gave me a 2 day ticket. Score!

Yeah I thought the same thing. They didn't announce M83 and I would assume that would be a huge name to drop and on top of that it's on the discovery stage...

one positive, schedule released earlier than expected. friday's neon garden should make plenty of you happy! bunch of 2 hour sets. I agree, Friday is way better. Was thinking of selling the saturday ticket but hell, never seen armin so just gonna show up an wander around checking out some hopefully new talent i've never heard of. would like to see a map of the grounds soon, although I am pretty sure the layout is the same. keep your fingers crossed for an awesome/better production and less of a line to get in.

thats my plan sorta. in all kinetic on fri more or less, then wander saturday see new things, finish off at kinetic.

were the lines bad last year? i went to EDC NYC and didnt wait a minute.

any protips?

Posted by worm304 on Nov-07-2012 03:02:

not that I am proud of it....but the line was the entire length of the bowl at around 6:00 on both days, we just walked right next to the line like we were going to will call up front and pulled the classic blend in cut. would have missed markus last year had I not been a little shady.

Posted by ucforange on Nov-07-2012 03:10:

Getting there at 2 on Friday for sure. Get out of school around 1:15 or so...heading straight there.

It's funny, I actually called the lineup for Neon Field to a T. Told my friend it'll go Gaiser at 2, Calderone at 4, Craig at 6, Loco at 8, Richie at 10!

Posted by jsweeney51 on Nov-07-2012 03:46:

Hmmm...I'm guessing Markus Schulz will be headlining an afterparty...Definitely overall disappointing considering a better lineup last year with more people expected to be there this year. Nothing to do at this point but go and make the best of it.

Still no map, pictures of the construction, or afterparties announced and we are about 24 hours out of this thing getting started. Call me pessimistic but I have a bad feeling that the production will be about the same as last years, which was pretty rinky dink. I hope I'm wrong, but in the end I don't care tomorrow is Tech Friday!!!

I found this...so far nothing worthy of going to as of yet

Sounds cool might check it out

Also a warehouse party sat night at Orlando indoor soccer party gonna go all night no alcohol

Posted by worm304 on Nov-08-2012 19:41:

map is up, a few small addtions from what I can see.... but yeah...same set up. I liked the set-up alot but I am hoping for a bigger main stage. After watching trailers for Vegas and comparing that to what I remember last year. Orlando is pretty much a joke. Guess we will find out in 24 hours.

Posted by ucforange on Nov-08-2012 20:11:

Drove by it, same shit as last year.

Whatever, it'll be fun.

And the afterparties that are announced are just shit. The crowds at those things will be absolutely terrible. If Senso does something decent I might go there, otherwise, I'll have an afterparty at my apartment!

Posted by bltzkrieg09 on Nov-08-2012 21:24:

Senso is having Carlos Mendoza & Elias R as an after party on Fri and Kid Nemesis on Sat, I have no clue who these DJ's are...and definitely not interested

Shit for shows in Orlando after parties guys, lame.

Posted by ravan on Nov-08-2012 22:10:

headed up early tomorrow, planning on being at hotel noonish, then walking over to be there 1-2ish prob.
if anyone wants to meet a new-to-the-area-ta'er hit me up - i didnt see a meeting place/time posted.

Posted by ravan on Nov-08-2012 22:16:

I may check out the aircraft hanger party one night and the ONLY party the other.. hanger party just because i like airplanes and its a neat idea.. and i can yell at fei fei for messing up asot..

ONLY sounds kinds local and fun, sounded like a good mix of stuff and minimal dub

edit: forgot i bought a ticket for the Vain party... people said the dude was good, but know nothing about it. was only $10 so dont care if i ditch.

Posted by chillenandy321 on Nov-08-2012 22:45:

I figured they be shit after parties anyway...

Posted by Kevntampa on Nov-09-2012 04:41:
