I love ricotta cheese, I prefer imported Bulgarian from pure sheep milk, my personal favorite is the three sheeps brand. I don't have to worry about importing it, they sell it in the famous "little Italy" section in the Bronx. Goes great with just about any meal, some red wine and side of cooked meat , French bread rolls, tomatoes and garlic salad with Balsamic vinegar. I haven't drank milk in a very long time, but as far as dairy products go, I take my daily dose of Probiotic yogurt.
