I hope you were walking.

When you grunt in movements, akin to an orchestral score, your body makes sweats so tremendous! I must make a say here, that when all of this is happening and your veins are in flux, there is a motion within all parts that simmers. And this is when a workout is a workout. When religion sets in through white-washed pupils. I can't find another set of muscles more toned than my chakras and in some subtle moments, my phallus. May God rest all his hands on me.

My shoes are only shoes when I am at a gymthing. I meet so many guys whose eyes are only for me. And this I can find disconcerting without the proper ratio of stern ligaments. A testament to my firmament I can say, only with sloppier gymshorts than in normaltimes. I can only say that this is an unfun time at the time that it happens. I make a handful of sweats come from my hinterlands. And this is when the marble floor gets unnecessarily slippery and my judgment rests on my calves and how supple they could be if only I made myself be more tender.

Fat loss is the most toughest challenge ever. You have to put so much effort and time into it. I'm currently trying to lose a lot of fat and have done so by exercising regularly by doing high intensity exercising and weight resistance training as well. On top of that I've also tried to maintain my nutrition in check as well its working though slowly unfortunately.

There is a lot of people out there (who lack basic education about nutrition and metabolism) doing a drastic change with their food intake like only eating one meal a day which is so unhealthy and not good for your wellbeing. This is the program I am on

http://mp-body.com/

Any ideas on how to get rid of these sunken eyes and bags?

Well you can lose fat by eating properly like 5-6 healthy meals at the right times. That is low carbs during outside your training session and high carbs during the 3 hours after you've worked out everyday at the right times which is what I've done. Add that the exercise and weight training as well and you can lose fat and be healthier.

I'm trying this new vapour diet, where you focus on your breathing all day long and insert an extra inhale-exhale every other breath. If you time it right, you can burn 14 calories per hour and increase your chance of contracting a minor respiratory illness which on average can cause you to lose 6lbs. of water weight over a 2 week period. It's great- I've burned almost 98 calories today! I like to bank it all for the end of the week so I can have an 800 calorie ice cream sandwich. I've actually gained a bit of weight, but I'm sure it's all muscle, because, you know, muscle is heavier than fat HAH!

That seems like a load of crap tbh. How can you calculate how much your body has burnt? That's like impossible to determine because everyone is different.

It's pretty easy if you have a calorimeter.

It's just commonly held bullshit that meal size/frequency means much at all. Just tiny differences nobody knows how to account for, but probably not due to wrangling metabolic rates. I buy that people could trick themselves into thinking it's important, and that this is maybe an improvement on their self-image/mental health, but there's simply no empirical evidence to support the notion of people who claim to have lost weight because they instituted some 'no food after 7pm' rule or something like that. Just get the right food into you and in the right proportions, and you will lose fat.
