few questions for the real gamers out there...

first of all...i love the final fantasy seris... i still have #1 for NES... and i just bought FF tactics the other day..used...for $60 USD. which is crazy.. but its a rare game, and i wanted it again, thats right, again, i had bought for a much cheeper price in the past when it was cheeper.. so its a smack in the face having to re-buy it for double the price.. but oh well.. eh? ok.. onto my questions....

FF8 is THEE worst final fantasy ever. square wanted to go for a 'different' approach with ff8...an failed unfortunately.

FF9 is good. back to the old ways of FF basically. nice stuff.

FFX and FFXI will be on PS2.

no it wasn't so much the story. it was the technical aspects. the magic system. the battling system.

i loved, and still do love FF7..but going from the graphics of FF8 to FF7... is like playstaion VS gameboy. i duno.. ill just go buy FF9

Yeah, FF8 sucked if u ask me. I didn't like they way they approached it. FF9 is good though, u should get it. Nice ending

butt.... whats the setup if FF9 like... the battle setup.. FF7 was nice..easy..and stuff.... 8 kinda sucks... that R1 for the stronger hit..or some shit... so whats 9 like?

Am I the only one who really didn't like FF9? The story had no feeling, it just felt like it was dragging slowly on and on. Sure it was pretty but it just didn't have the emotion that III and VII did. It was nice they brought back the moogles, chocobos and the black mages though.
