Now this, for some reason, rings in my head as we walk back to what looks like to be her place... Anyway, I had a series of moments of self-realization on the way back. I started trying to "harness the chi" - and I think God heard me, because the bitch started playing games with me. She was like, you know, I think I'm just going to go to bed - I could tell she wanted me to try and persuede her and get all normal-guy with her. Now, before I go on, I must say that when I'm drunk I can be a bit straightforward and brutal. So, with this "she wants me to beg for it" thought in my head - I actually said this to her: Me: "So, this is the part where I beg and hope that I end up in your room?" (She gave me a weird look) Me: (Gives her weird look) Her: "Asshole" Me: "Wow, that's the first real thing you've said all day." Her: "What's that supposed to mean?" Me: "You haven't asked me one question all day. Don't you think that's weird?" Her: (Awkward silence) Me: "I got shit to do. Actually, I don't. I'm going to bed. Good game, kid." Her: (the worst look ever) Haha. So, I feel bad about it now that I've sobered up. That's the second time I've used the "Good game, kid" line. The first time the girl wanted to kick my ass. I'm pretty sure it's the same way now. Sadly, I tried to give some bullshit excuse after that like "Bah, sorry I'm probably just drunk" or whatever (wish I hadn't) - but I'm pretty sure this girl will never speak to me again. So, I'm happy with myself that I didn't sleep with her. I'm going to ask around and see if she's a slut bag. UWM, what's the Vegas odds? Sorry if you guys were expecting some crazy sex story.

Meanwhile over week goes by and Mr. blockhead doesn't get it and keeps calling her. Does she hate you? No, she likes you but, doesn't have the courage to tell you to f*ckoff. She's trying to let you down easy, but Mr. blockhead is madly in love and can't take a hint.

Hehe... not offended at all. I'm no genius, never proclaimed to be so. Common sense, experience and intellect all go down the drain when it comes to relationships.

However, if you reread the second story (I know its long) - I confronted her about this, and we slept together multiple times afterward.

It's not that I didn't get the hint - I did (even though I kinda played dumb in our emails) - I knew she was trying to ignore me cause she felt bad. However, the overall point to it (I think) was that open communication would have made it a whole lot easier.

I agree with your analysis on most of it though. My weak spot is women and I'll be the first to admit it!

That was my crack pot analysis from skimming your story. I missed the part about sleeping again with her. The second story goes to show what happens when you ignore your mind and listen to your dick. Short term fun = long term headache, just be glad you didn't have kids with her then it would have turned into a full blown nightmare. Thx for sharing was entertaining regardless. Reading about someone else's relationship we tend to have 20/20, obviously its a little different when your in the mix.

Not telling someone whats going on is the chickenshit way, unless you both totally know why. If someone keeps on calling thats usually a pretty good sign that youve done something ambiguously shitty.

Also, if youre fucking someone, you should also have the responsibility to talk to them.
