Well now that I am awake here is my little head not exploding thingamadoobob post.
I had a great time last night. Sure I bitched about all kinds of stuff walking back to the car from the club (ask Phlo and JDat if you want proof 
) but I did have a good time.
I thought the HOB was a cool venue (though I have not been to a dj show at anyplace else) but the place was a little too crowded and DAMN it was a sausage fest. The guy to girl ratio was at least 2:1 so I did not really get to see/bump into too many attractive young lasses 
PVD came on at about 1:15-:120 and spun until 3:50 then did a couple of tracks as an encore which ran him till about 4:05 so we got a good 2 hours 45 out of him. I liked the second opening dj (we totally missed the first one who must have only spun for like a half hour cause we got there about 12:15-12:30. They had some dumb cheesy dj who pumped the volume up play after PVD till closing but we jetted out about 4:30 or so.
Drove out to the burbs...took Phlo to the airport so he could try and get on the 8:05 to Seattle to get home and Jdat is still zonked out on the couch (his place to crash fent kaput last miute yesterday and I thought I would be a good semaritan since I live closer to the airport than anyone that was there and my previous night's houseguest had to get to O'Hare at 10 to 7 this morning).
There are a couple of pics posted in the aftermatch thread in the chicago forum where you can see my shoulders and back of my head (takes up a lot of room lol) but otherwise I don;t think we got any pictures cause the meetup did not go so well because of misc delays and such.
Overall the squirrel had a really good time and will definitely do somethign like this again. Maybe I will schedule my next trip out to DC when a good show is at glow so I can get plastered with daff and occrider etc. lol.

Hey Mr S! glad to hear u had a great time @ PVD.
Well im phsyically exhaustd from Armin last night. It was such a great show and the vibe was awesome. IT was great at the dinner meetup beforehand b/c armin actually came and chatted with us!
I wont post the review here, but since this is Bored little banshee i just wanted to say hello to the people i met from here. Daffodil!! hell yeah awesome time! sorry i wasnt on your side most of the night, the right side, i dunno if its some male trait that draws us (me and occrider) to that side or wat? lol
Occrider, never a dull sober moment with you! hahaha it was great! Ambs omg you were drunk before u even left the restaurant!! lol! so great!
And little arturo! hahah good times! anyone else see little arturo up on stage going nuts to every single song! Post pics up here when u get back to Miami arty!
Well i got a 4 hour drive back down to school so ill be on later this evening!
man im still exhausted, but i had so much fun!

Hey MrS, glad to hear you enjoyed your first time out! I hope when I get to do it (50 zillion years from now), it'll be for PvD! Or Armin. Or Tiesto. Or G&D. heh

I R Returned....I'm also a wreck...
I've been up for 31 hours now....oishk.
Flight back was swell and on time. I made the right choice by going to Seattle on the 777, business class was wide open and I had a cushy recliner style seat with my own tv. Breakfast was served on china and included assorted fruit, yogurt, an egg burrito and a big pastry. I really didn't get any sleep though...a little nap betwwen Billings and Spokane according to the "flight map" on the tv.
Other than that....the show was fun. Had a great time, and glad I flew most the way 'cross the country to see it.

hola amigos! got back to richmond around 430 after an hour or two of sleep and napped until now.
MOST AMAZING TIME EVER!!! mebot, you're hilarious! occrider, so sorry i didn't meet you once i got up in the dj booth, i was having such a good time that the night slipped away and i realized i'd been up there most of the night.
still in need of recovery time, will post more later.

that would be daniel, he's chilean. i see him at glow all the time, gets pretty intense in front of the dj booth sometimes. do you like the red-orange tint to my hair? i'm not quite sure what that's all about.

OMG on the car ride back down here to school me and my friend were talking about last night. he was like "dude u were so fucked up" and i thought no i wasnt that drunk, but i had a hell of a time.
now that i think about it, occrider gave me some of his vodka +red bull and i gulped that shit down like it was water lol
