What? I think you could say some are, but certainly not all.

The whole split between Arminites and their opponents reminds me distinctly of another time when the trance community was divided: When the progressive trance masters such as Sasha, Digweed, and Seaman began to complain about the rise of Oakenfold anthem trance.

And we all know what that sparked.

Maybe some interesting days lie ahead for trance.

After all, its a forum where people like to b.itch about stuff.

I think armin is great, people can listen to what they want.

Armin plays what he wants, not what one person wants. He may appeal to some, and not to others. He may gain fans and may lose others. Life goes on.

and once again the thread deteriorates to ta's trademarked non-constructive name calling...

imho, avb has lost his novelty. i mean people hear asot every week and how long can anyone produce a "new" show without becoming repetitive? just like any tv shows, djs also have longevity and he has passed his prime (with asot). it would be wise if he moves on to other projects and it may give him a creative boost which may renew that novelty-ness he seems to so lack of late.

OR he could continue to beat the dead horse, er asot to become mixmag's #1 deejay and get constantly flamed, just like mr. tiesto and his predecesors...

the temptation is to continue as is... hell, change hurts so why the pain? so i predict avb will be mixmag's #1 dj next year and in addition to flaming avb, we will start flaming markus schulz for using that stupid guitar on every single remix.
