He touches his ear and shouts "Ahora qu?" to the public, just because everybody was booing him for failing miserably in Albacete's goal. Seriously, he fucked up very badly... almost as bad as Puyol in the second goal for Betis

Just FYI, Albacete were only 2 points below Betis before this Sunday. Anyway I still prefer winning 6-1 to Albacete to losing 2-1 with Betis

That sale of some training ground pitches to the government at a ridiculously excessive mark-up is no secret. Also after the sale the government leased the property back to Real Madrid for next to nothing! One month, the club is in enormous debt and then they are signing the Zidanes and Ronaldos of this world!
Posted by fastmp3 on Nov-18-2004 03:26:
chavs why are you surprised ????
"hala madrid" ?? no , PUTOS MADRID
Posted by sensorium on Nov-18-2004 06:04:
Real Madrid will win. Stop saying crap about the team.
Edit: On second thought, continue the name calling. It makes this more exciting.

So you meant that? Actually spanish government didn't have anything to do with this, as it was the city of Madrid the one who bought the ground. And I agree, that "transaction" wasn't very legal, but it's somehow common in Spain (there are many teams who have sold their stadium and are playing in stadiums belonging at the city they are in, and there are some other teams who plan to do this in a little time). So you just blame Real Madrid for economic aspects that hasn't nothing to do with playing football? OK, whatever floats your boat.

Man, don't you get tired of saying the same thing over and over and over and over [...] and over again? I think you should change your user name to "PUTOS MADRID" and you will save a lot of typing

After the really good game we played against Barcelona last Saturday, when the only player who did things right was Pavon, Garcia Remon has decided that the only change he will do in next match (tonight against Leverkusen) is Helguera for Pavon. FFS, he should get rid of the whole team but Pavon and Casillas.

yep. i think its disgusting, what was it, they were 150mil in debt and the government bought the pitched for 200mil.
now real madrid are nothing but a commercial product, a money making franchise. they spoilt part fo what made football interesting, the gamble of the transfer market and the wise buys and attitude to youth development. there is fuck all "real" about madrid.
and before you say "great player make great football" thats bullshit. theyre a bunch of big head superstars, half of them dont even play together properly. arsenal would be a good example of a good team playing great football together.

Who saw the game this weekend? Those have been some of the best goals in this year's Spanish Liga... Figo's goal was amazing and Beckham's was very close behind... And Gutis play that assisted Owens goals was also amazing.. good to see Real playing quality soccer again..

No, it's a bunch of random people who walk near Santiago Bernabeu and think "Hey, let's play a football match against Real Madrid"
Is Getafe a team? Because we owned Barca last Saturday, only bad luck and a really good GK (Valdes is Spain's second best goalkeeper) save Barca from losing.

hey chavs i watched the game and i was like "hey there's someone on TA from getafe but i forgot who ..."

Yeah, I was pretty near the stadium (I was in a near mall seeing a movie with my girlfriend, who don't like football that much)
I am very happy with Getafe C.F., we are almost last, but the team is playing very well, above all against Valencia, Madrid and Barca, it's a shame we don't have a better striker, because it tooks a lot of shoots to score for Getafe.
