Anyway, if anyone here even bothered to do more than just look at the pictures from those two Time Magazine links that I posted, they would have realized that during Hitlers first few years in power he was adored by the unsuspecting Germans. [QUOTE]

True.

Hitler was also elected by his people. Most of the German people were into Hitler because he brought them out of the economic slump that they had been in as a result of having to pay war reperations after World War I.

For all you "liberals are all whiny little pussies and they suck" people:
A. Get a different line
B. Stop fucking generalizing all the time. I don't think Bush and Hitler are all that much alike and I'm liberal. I'm just trying to point out various connections, etc.

I thought you'd have a little more sense than to quote a tabloid newspaper. Why don't you quote the New York Post while you're at it. Throw in some Star and you'll be all set.

This article is a lot like an article I read last year written by a friend of William Safire in which was written that Saddam's WDM's were shipped to the Netherlands before the Americans invaded.

I didnt know that they were a 'tabloid'. I just thought it was interesting.

Actually thanks for the link, I'll refer back to it when I need comedic relief in my life.

Even so, it still doesn't make a case for preemptive war on a sovereign nation.

How many of those 9/11 Terrorists were Saudi? Oh yeah, it was 15 of the 19. For all we know they could have been trained by the Vinnell Corporation at one point or another.

That's what I'm saying, that the Washington Times is basically lying, and that they're not providing any proof of Russian interventon in the arms "controversy"

I doubt that we'll ever know the truth.

I really just want all people who love music to realize that the rave act was signed into law by George Bush. After congess passed it, he signed it.
This law attacks anyone involved in the throwing or promotion of any kind of musical event.
This is law thanks to Mr. Bush.

Also, there are two other wonderful acts that are before congess right now that further take rights from musicans and event promoters. Under the Ecstacy Awareness Act and The Clean Up Act the promoters even the dj's can go to jail for 9 years and have a huge fine just because someone gets caught with something illegal. Why the artists have to pay? Why should the promoters?
I'm sure you know how George Bush will vote on these.

Again I was not the person who started the Hitler vs Bush thing, so don't attack me .
I don't like Bush, but I'm quite aware of how horrible Hitler was and I know it would be an understatement to say Bush is a much better person.

I am however afraid of what Bush might do, and an attack on your freedom of speech among other rights is a facsist and even a communist move. Now I guess it's an American move. I might have to move.

You think Kerry would vote against any law that proposes to reduce drug use or close unruly clubs that have had violations, i.e. Soundfactory? A vote for a law like this means support from religious groups and winning over of some conservatives, and I'm sure no president would pass those votes up.

Okay, I'm glad you're not seriously making an argument connecting Bush to Hitler. Case closed.

And Democrats aren't the sweet little cotton candy party, either. In 1996 BILL CLINTON signed into law the Defense of Marriage Act, which gave the federal gov't to deny recognition of same-sex marriages even if states permitted them, and gave states the right to refuse to recognize same-sex marriages that are valid in other states. That means that if you get married in Vermont and decide to move to Florida, you're not married anymore. A life commitment, years spent with one person, negated to nonexistence in one second by some bureaucrats.

Every party signs things into law that we find unfair. As someone who goes to clubs, you are offended by the RAVE acts and the harsh drug laws regarding club owners. As someone who is pro-gay rights, I am offended by Clinton's DOMA and Bush's attempt to add an amendment prohibiting same-sex marriage. Bottom line: someone's freedom is gonna get taken away or denied no matter who we elect. YOU CAN'T PLEASE EVERYONE. Those same ecstasy and anti-gay marriage laws that made us mad, made someone else very happy.

One other thing. This flu 'epidemic' that is going around is not Bush's fault. If anything it stems from the Clinton term. When Clinton took office there were 7 flu vaccine making companies out there. By the time Clinton left office there was only 1 left. Quite ironically, Kerry never showed up to vote to out source it from other countries - obviously not an important issue.

But I think I read that there would have been enough vaccines if that one British (?) company hadn't feared they were contaminated and destroyed them.

Thats a different issue, point is, Kerry never showed up to vote on that bill.

I believe the company is Chiron Corp.

Read This!

Washington Times? I know that Newspaper. It's basically like Fox News on cable... just printed.

I'm glad you liked the article from the KY. Senator. Here's something else from John Eisenhower son of Republican President Eisenhower. I think John E. was a General as well. Either way the article is another eye opener.
