Weekly update
Worked out and dieted exactly as planned Monday-Friday. Went out and got really messed up Friday night, didn't eat breakfast and lunch on Saturday because I was partying from 10pm Friday - noon Saturday and then sleeping in the afternoon on Saturday, but I ended up eating pasta with broccoli and a light sauce for dinner tonight. I'm feeling pretty shitty from getting so wasted so I figure I should take care of myself, plus a 500 cal meal won't even make up for dancing all night and skipping 2 meals. Tomorrow will be a healthy diet again, but unforunately I can't work out today OR tomorrow, so I have 2 off days this week. But Sunday I will at least be eating really healthy like usual and Monday I am back to the gym.
Clubbing on Friday night my pants were falling off me and my shirt looked great cause my stomach is tighter already. I feel better about myself already, and ironically, healthier from eating so little and exercising. It's amazing how you have more energy if you eat little and healthy than if you eat a lot.
Over and out... bring on the weights.....

Not really putting a lot of effort into getting picture yet, but heres general idea of bodyfat and stuff. Ive gained 5 solid lbs since beginning of contest. Thats weighin in the morning after bathroom without food or water yet

no pics right now.. ill have some measurements by the end of the month though.. im stead now at 145lbs

Hows everyone doin?
I was 178 2 weeks ago before I got the flu, had to fast for a week and a half and stopped working out for 2 weeks and lost 10 lbs hehe.
Im sitting aroun 172 again plan on getting another 10 lbs over the next month. May is my lean down month.
Ill get picture in tomorrow or something. where yall at?

uhm I start off with a morning meal with a good solid packed bowl of pasta with about 3 ladles of ground beef cooked in sauce over it.
then Ive been doing Squats, T-bar rows, and Deadlifts like a man possessed hehe.
then after I eat twice as much pasta and beef and an Ensure or something.
then have another couple bowls of pasta during the day and maybe another ensure.
maybe a tortilla or two with 3 eggs, cheese avacado.
some sweet potatoes hehe.
Ill get a pic up tomorrow. Its packing on nicely with little fat. the next lean down month should rock

dunno how much that helps...its midnight and webcams arent the best at adapting hehe. But yeah... I guess thats my 2nd update since march 1st although so far net gain has been 8 lbs, so tahts only a 3 lb difference in those pictures. and most if it in my legs. abs and chest are poppin out a bit too. But yeah, through sickness and what not ive been out for about a month total so far! gah! thats why im only leaving a month for the tone down...or maybe 2 weeks, well have to see. Mainly seeing if this thing is still going hehe.
ah well. is ANYONE still doing this? lol.
ya im still doing this.. i havent taken measurements yet.. i have my camera ill see if i can take pics tomorrow.. but not muh improvement
maybe more toned.. but mass wise.. its not really working out for me..
maybe i need to put all my food in a blender and chug it LOL
hehe yeah man, its all about eating tons of carbs. protein helps and all, but the carbs are packin on weight and huge spaghetti dinner gives me the energy for 2 hours in the gym the next day. it takes me up to an hour and a half to finish dinner sometimes cuz i have tow ait till im just a little less full, and then keep eating. All bodybuilders will tell yah, eating is the hardest part!

exercise ends June 16th. Then the regulars crawl back into the workout thread and are never seen again hehe. Gotta admit though this competition has been pretty damn motivating for me. Given me some real goals and is the extra nudge I need sometimes when I dont feel like doing something like another round of sets or even going to the gym.
Also the weater is turning sunny in the last couple of days and my god am I glad ive been workin. Now i just need some tan on this hurr 9 months of rain body

Basically if you rename this thread to "Total Body Most Fattened Challenge," I would probably take the cake (pun intended).
I'm pretty mad at myself for not keeping up with this as best as I can... but honestly I have 12-14 hour days, every day, as in I'm away from my house and don't have time to sit down... what with school, 3 jobs, extracurriculars, and a smidgen of a social life... not trying to make excuses but I find it really hard to eat perfectly and go to the gym for 1.5 hours a day on a schedule like that. There have to be some trade-offs...
So basically I'm pretty bummed but waiting for the summer to start (2 more weeks till I'm DONE!) so I have free time and time to take care of myself. These next two weeks I will try not to pig on cookies while I'm studying as well.
When I go to the gym (3-4x a week) I work hard though. Weights and cardio, and I've started running again.
So yea I think I've like GAINED 2-3 pounds since I started this, although I have some more definition in legs and arms due to weights. I also have strong abs... under a fat belly
I feel gross
I will try better.... I'm sorry, body... 
its proably muscle mass since muscle weighs more than fat

Yeah luckily on monday and wednesday I have a 2 hour gap between classes so I usually go then. Ive been going to the gym 3 times a week sometimes for less than an hour, but I just cut time between sets and exercises to get in a good burn. Life a bitch sometimes hehe. Thank god for late hours gyms! Im not gonna hit the gym until 8 or so tonight probably and as soon as I get home I have to go to sleep.
Ah well...sorry to hear about that. I know when I was working 40+ hours a week doing sales I was exhausted. Let my body slip a bit cuz I just didnt care hehe Id rather have a 12 pack then a workout lol.
