my guess is that she doesn't look much different than with it on.

we're talking about gwen stefani here. have u SEEN any pictures of her without crimson red lipstick on, a powdery white face of about 3 layers of foundation on, bleached out hair that is practically white, and false eye lashes on? lol i'm guessing she looks like a different fucking person. it's like why don't you just buy a false HEAD for christ's sake.
