This is gonna be awesome! Last Aprils rocked, and the line looks just as good this year. Hopefully i will get to meet up with some of you guys at this one.

Az Yeah I should get into Birmingham early afternoon, yeah Az you and your mates can travel up on the train with me, how many of you is there? I will check out the timetable should be sound as we're the main southern line up to Brum I will find a good time let you lot know and I'll meet you lot at Castle station somewhere probably the platform cos the station is full of freakshows etc all the weirdos hang around there lol, well not the main bit by the ticket booths and the cafe, but be warned the top part of the station is dodgy if you've ever been to Castle Station you'll probably know what I mean, then onwards to Brum we can all get a taxi cheap if theres a group of us from Central Birmingham to the NEC Mission complete, then on the way back we'll carjack someone or hijack a taxi at the airport.

The Rest of you I'll meet you in that pub near the travel inn thingy, and chat with you all, get to know you a bit, have a little bit to eat and in my case a drink, and then roll on the NEC

btw I'll PM those I know who are going my mobile number, it makes things easier lol.

I wish this month would end lol

Posted by Miss Proximus on Mar-11-2002 08:55:

I've got the old one, cuz it ends with 327

Posted by dj_mdma on Mar-11-2002 14:21:

Proxi, r u going to Brum via London?

Posted by Kinuvan on Mar-11-2002 16:55:

We're most likely coming up on the train , which station is it we need to aim for? Milton Keynes is on the West Coast Main Line out of Euston, I think it's direct to Birmingham International and Birmingham New Street. Not sure where to go for though:s

Posted by Dj O'Callaghan on Mar-11-2002 20:04:

The Train from Euston which passes through MK stops at Castle Station Northampton (the sliverlink one), you'll probably have to hang around for 15 minutes then a train from Northampton to Birmingham will arrive, I'm sure thats the way it works, but phone your station to be sure, thats what I'm doing to get times cos I remember theres frequently a train from Northampton to Brum but its worth checking just to be sure you might not need to board 2 trains but I have a funny feeling if your coming up from Milton Keynes you'll have to.

Birmingham International? as in the airport never knew there was stop there if there is thats wicked cos its just across the road from the NEC, but if its New Street it means embraking on a trekage across Birmingham.

Ticket for NEC sorted I Fucking can't wait this is going to be wicked.

Well at least I don't have to worry the event gets solded out cos I'm sorted.

Posted by evil_bastard on Mar-12-2002 10:18:

Guys, I'm joining in this a bit late, but are tickets for this event still going?

The line-up looks better than GK Carnival.

Is this during the Easter hols? If so, I might be down there depending on funds.

Posted by sykadelik on Mar-12-2002 11:41:

I don't think it is sold out yet, although correct me if I am wrong. A mate of mine, she still has to get a ticket and it would be sad if she didn't get one. I think it is towards the back end of the easter holiday, although not entirely certain about that one. Cos the uni I am at seems to have holidays at different times to the rest of the country.

Posted by Ste on Mar-12-2002 17:04:

its a week after the easter hols

andiaint got my ticks yet although in about a weeks time i shdudo

i have no PM
I think it'd be best if we meet up be4 hand, say.... Frisky march 31st
Dumonde
Scott Bond
Matt Hardwick
M.I.K.E (Push)
and someone else i can't remember

Posted by Kinuvan on Mar-12-2002 20:38:

Good news, the train does go to Birmingham International from MK Central direct it's a about a 50 min journey. Also the sources we've looked at seem to think it's not gonna cost us a bomb, i.e. much less than 20 return each, which is what i was expecting.

Posted by Dj O'Callaghan on Mar-13-2002 01:40:

Az If I catch you in chat I'll give you my mobile number then, cos seriously I dunno about going to Frisky then its a wicked line up but I don't trust it in the fact that a line up like that in Northampton is unlikely lol, I will probably be at Taucher and John Kelly this friday or Scot Project on the 29th they will be when I go. but either way I'll get my number around to the rest of the UKTAs to sort out the NEC and meet people and stuff.

Posted by tu_face on Mar-13-2002 11:07:

Posted by Ste on Mar-13-2002 16:36:

ahhh so i shud be safe buying mine next friday ey?

*wipes his brow*

heres the score, out of my lot theres me (duh!) gibbo (who you obviously know ) and chaz (who was there for dumonde n picotto, and at GK carnival ). chaz and gib will be travelling via gatecrasher coach, i feel a bit wierd not going down with them, but some other ver good mates of mine joanna & jenny, + a lass i dont know as well called michelle, are goin down by car n stayin in a travelodge over the w/end, which i roughly the same price as coaching it anyway! gibbo n chaz will meet up with me sumwhere at the start, i let one of u lot determine a suitable landmark then anything goes from there.

Posted by Az on Mar-13-2002 21:23:

rite I'm coming, only none of my mates are, they'd rather go gods this friday and see oakie, twats, so i'm gonna be on my tod, so I'm gonna be with you lot all night (would have been anyway), calla the dumonde night is offical
sunday march 31st
http://www.friskyforums.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=2119
only matt hardwick has pulled out so nick clarkes replaced him
we need to sort out trains and shits, costs, and what each other look like so we'll know who we are

Posted by Miss Proximus on Mar-13-2002 21:30:

Threedouble ARGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH

We are able to fly from Rotterdam, but...plane departs either 7.30 am or 6.30 pm!!! and we can leave to holland monday 8.45 am or 7 pm those times are...grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

but still.....if they're too expensive we're coming to Luton

Right this makes it easier for people to recognise and get in contact with me.

My basic description about around 6'1 tall, medium build, brown short hair, quite Irish looking actually just not as pale, I actually look quite moody and unaproachable but I'm not really like that, another good sign its me is loads of cigarette smoke, when I have stand around waiting I end smoking loads, and moving around impatiently also look for out for the star newspaper I'll probably be looking at the footie pages. I'll probably be wearing a black coat, white or black muscle top and cream or khaki combats.

And I can't be arsed to PM my mobile number so here it is 07787864338 ring that if anyone needs to get hold of me.
