Too bad you didn't see him at Sneak's Birthday at Docks in 2004. That set single handedly got me into the funkier side of house. I was looking forward to seeing him at Sneak's bday this year, but unfortunately he stank it up. He was a huge dissapointment.

I will definately check him out next time he's here, provided it's at a good venue.

Damn it, it's just been announced that Hernan Cattaneo will be at STEREO in Montreal on July 2 for his Renaissance Sequential Tour. Why isn't he dropping by Toronto or SONIC???

He's not that bad, it's just that his ability as a DJ is nowhere near the caliber of what the club stands for. I give him credit for his love of the industry, and he is clearly having the time of his life when he DJ's...but that being said, I'm not paying $20 so he can have a good time and we all listen to a barrage of breakdowns for 3 hours. The difference from when Sean took over this past weekend was unbelievable, it was as if it was a totally different club, system and vibe in about 5 mins. I really feel it's gotten to the point where if Nevio wants to spin on a regular basis there, it should either be free or he takes some lessons from Sean.
