Good post! Thought I'd throw in my 2 cents...

Scrolling through, I was thinking that this is going to be an incredible competition and I'm very much looking forward to it!

So many young players; Robhino, Messi, Walcott, Rooney, C Ronaldo to name but a few. And it's interesting that there are still lots of the experienced ones of incredible skill; Figo, Schevchenko, Morientes, Beckham, Ronahldino, Carlos, Crespo etc...

With relation the England 'fiasco', I think Walcott (if played) will spring some suprises. I think he will thrive under pressure and the guy is so level-headed anyhow. I think Gerrard will be the key player, despite what everyone is saying about Rooney, Gerrard is consistent and holds that midfield together!

Ah well, guess we'll see!

fuuuuuuuuuuck.. just compared the dates of my uni projects with the games and it'll be a complete bitch to watch the group stage and the 1/8 finals.. only having time from the 1/4 onwards

might fail a couple more classes than usual this semester
