Oh I agree. If I'm having a salad in which I will be putting feta on, the dressing has to be a thin liquid that will mesh well with feta and not the thick dressings as in French, Ranch, Caesar, basically the popular kraft dressings. It's actually not just with feta, it's applies to tomatoes too. I love them but not when they go soggy.

I would absolutely die to go. Maybe in the next few years when I can afford it, lol. Do they put feta on everything? Does it come as a garnish like parsley?

omg, you must go! almost every meal i ate there was accompanied by a plate full of blocks of feta. you could just cut big chunks of it off and crumble it over anything. they also served a lot of warm dishes with melted feta in them.

i was there for only a week but i had never eaten so much delicious food in my life before that.

I love going to Greek restaurants and having just a block of feta to myself, It's just so...orgasmic.

Jesus Christ I love za feta! Not many people I know do, so when I find someone who does they're insta-good in my books.

EDIT: I don't think I have ever had a dish with melted feta..hmmm.. I shall try this.

i'm not a big cheese person, but one of the few i love is feta. i put it on pretty much anything u would put cheese on. salads, toasted sandwiches, by itself with tomatoes and balsamic...MMM!
