I always thought the Typhoon was a cool looking truck back in '93
And one of my favorite cars ever, the '84 Ferarri GTO

Haha, just kiddin', this is a blasphemy IMO. I don't think bright yellow really fits on a 60s ponycar, even if it is a 21st century upgrade. |

Yes Ferrari GTO was and still is a damn cool "improved" version of GTB. The extremely rare Evoluzione versions of the GTO were crazy, with engines originally putting out 650hp, yet later being toned down to 450hp.
GMC Typhoon and its sibling Syclone, besides the relative looks, were totally different from their original basis, the Chevy S-10. I remember them being the fastest pickup trucks of their time with the supercharged V6 engines kicking the hell out of the stock Vettes and Ferraris. Too bad they were only made in '91-'93. One hilarious thing i remember from them, was the annoying male voice'd speaking burglar alarm if you got too close to the car.. i encountered one around here back then.

Yes, but pastel orange isn't bright yellow is it.. there are Challengers and Barracudas with yellow colouring too but i hate them. I'd rather choose some other colour. I just hate yellow in cars like that.

Yeah, the Evoluziones were awesome mechanically speaking, but I still prefer the original 288 GTOs. Not overdone with ridiculous spoilers and bodywork and shit, just a beautiful car. And unlike the F40 it has AC and a stereo so you can actually drive the car on the road with some reasonable comfort. I mean look at the thing, it looks fast just sitting still:
If I ever hit the lotto its the first car on my list to pick up

Heh, to be honest i don't even remember how different the Evoluziones looked like, but just the specs they have. And yes, the original 288 GTOs are beautiful as they are.

Honestly, I don't know either. I just love the art deco era cars.

Yikes! The Evoluzione looks awful and cheapo "plasticy" compared to the original GTO.. i saw the same pics a moment ago. But now i see where the ideas for F40 probably originated from. F40 again looks much better as a finalized product.
