This is where I got my Dr. Evil costume in Mississauga. They're theatrical-grade costumes, so they are pricier, but more authentic quality.

Also pricy but very good quality. They also provide makeup application and training.

agreed. unfortunately i'm constrained by budget (and time). my outfit has to be homemade (to the most extent). I have all the makings for a pirate...but lack a vikings hat in order to complete that costume.

I believe they have giant viking hat for the birthday boy/girl
